Locally owned and family operated! Love businesses like this even if I eat mostly vegetarian. I stopped by with my dad to pick something up for my parents. Loved that they were very friendly, and are continuing to add items for sale like locally made breads, cookies, seasoning, snacks, etc. There is seating inside with the idea of expanding to more of a deli style location. If they do start offering items for lunch, I selflessly hope they have a veggie one I can enjoy though I know I'm not the intended clientele. Definitely with a stop if you are looking for some great meat selections. Shop local!

Stopped in on a Wednesday at noon to pick up a few cuts. Was pretty disappointed in the case display. It didn't look anything like the pictures. Had some ribeyes and NY strips, along with thighs and breasts. And some pork cuts. Baby backs were vacuum sealed and I thought the price was a bit high on them. I did pick up some bacon, breasts, and sausages. The breasts were nice, I'll try the bacon and sausages this weekend. Was really hoping for a beef display like the pictures. Maybe they were low on stock? I'll probably give it 1 more go.

Ordered ground beef, filet mignon steaks and a special ground beef. Got a church roast but have not cooked it yet. All are delicious. The filets are so tender and juicy and cook up great. So far I am sold and will be buying more from them. I like that they cut the size you want.

I stopped in today for the first time. I just recently moved to the Mesa area from north Phoenix and I was looking for a local butcher and some good quality meat. I purchased two filet mignon and a few other items. We cooked the filets on the grill for dinner...It was BY FAR the best meat we have had in a LONG time. I will definitely buy most of my meat from them from now on! I'm so impressed!

Best spot on AJ for meat. We don't go to any other grocery store for our meat. Prices are great, quality is great, and they are getting more options on the shelf every day.

I wanted fresh beef or calves liver and was told that they did have it in packages of 4 pieces. I stopped at the store a couple weeks later and was shown the liver, which was the exact brand and packaging that I could get at Fry's or Basha's in the freezer. NO FRESH LIVER! However, a very nice young man told me that they could check with their suppliers the next time they made deliveries to see if they would be able to supply fresh liver. Two weeks later I have had no response so I assume no one has fresh liver.
