Very friendly staff all around. Lolo was our server and she was amazing. Very funny, nice, and provided excellent service and made our dinner more enjoyable. She was a true delight!Short ribs and steak were wonderful and reasonably priced food. Zero complaints happy with our overall experience.

i give restaurants .."a lot "..of leway..so..again ..i opted to go "one last time" for a personal event (birthday)celebration.. as i usually...enjoy the fare they present!..service was "lack luster"...felt like i was in a subpar cafeteria ..waiter.. had no personality ..slow on drink refills and attendanceour orders were "delivered"or should i honestly ...say...dropped on table ...like a "dog" getting.. a feeding .."by a bigger + person (casey)?..absolutely" ruining "the celebration (birthday) atmosphere ..let alone not serving ...entrees correctly to appropriate..diners..how absurd...this is a supposed..prime dining /entertainment venue .....why?? employ people with absolutely "no service".. mind set spending $$$ for a long looked forward celebration.."absolutely destroyed" ...by these ...non service providers..i can be fed like a dog...elsewhere

We love the ambiance of this restaurant - elevated but casual. We sat near the kitchen which is fun - they have a great QC person and presentations are nice. Prices are a bit high, but the food was worth it. We started out with local brews and the prime rib fondue. Very meaty with fabulous crustinis. We also tried the French onion soup and shared the smoked chicken entree with extra sides of pearl onions and creamed corn. Lots of food and all delicious. Our server was pleasant, informed, and helpful. Our only disappointment? He was too busy with other tables. We waited over 25 minutes for our food after the appetizer and no one checked on us or cleared the plates. Overall a good experience.

For a steak house I usually expect a little bit more upscale. This was fairly causal. Cute decor and the staff were fantastic. Great menu offerings and all the sides looked amazing. When you walk in it smells absolutely delicious. The food did not disappoint. However the cocktails weren't as good. It's a bit in the pricey side, but worth it especially if you get some of the comps from Caesar rewards and stuff.

The staff here is friendly and I love the decor. We always make a reservation and are usualy seated within a few minutes; we never seem to score a booth.The menu here is hit or miss. One item that I can highly recommend is the Prime Rib Fondue. The steaks are usually pretty good. I love the Chop Salad; it is huge, it is definitely big enough to share. I have also tried the Cauliflower Steak (odd flavor combinations) and Chicken Marsala (not a good version). The wine choices and beer options are solid, the cocktails are not very well done.

Extremely disappointing. I ordered the short rib and it came back raw and completely inedible. I made the waitress aware and she offered to take it back and have it cooked. But at this point everyone else had finished eating and I was honestly super grossed out. she still charged me $60 for it even though it was inedible.

I had such a wonderful time here. The food was just fantastic, the service is where this place really shines though. I came in a bit dehydrated and ordered an iced tea. I kept emptying it as I was thirsty. But the server, Stephen kept my drink refilled promptly. The service was timely, attentive, intuitive, and warm. From beginning to end our visit was met with an expertise and enthusiasm rarely seen. I just loved our time here. Oh and as a side note, even the reception experience was just fantastic, we didn't have a reservation but they accommodated us promptly. The manager on duty and the host started the visit at a 10 and we really appreciated everything the team did.

I enjoy coming here but their high prices do not match their ambiance. I like their prime rib and drinks. I haven't ordered a more expensive steak bc the ambiance doesn't feel like a high-end steakhouse. Maybe they should lower the price... The Roost in Maricopa has really good steak for a fraction of the price. The service here is always good! They are always nice.

Always delicious. Tonight I had a special dish from the New Year's Eve Menu. It was the Halibut. It was once again delicious.

Three of us. Hubby order salad and steak well done. His salad was great, but steak was served rare. My son order soup and he ordered same steak well done and he said it was fair as far as taste. Steak has very little seasoning. I order onion soup which was good and crab cakes which I would say tasted okay. This was a special family meal we were all looking forward too. Waiter Dan was great just food was okay. For the prices and taste we won't be back.
