Chip Cookies - Gilbert

I think these are the best cookies in Gilbert. My girlfriends and I are always searching for the best chocolate chip cookie, and I think we found it here at Chip.Their model is unique. You can choose from the cookies that they have made in classic flavors or you can add toppings and syrups to those same cookies. We ended up doing three standard flavors and then doing one upgraded with toppings. We ended up preferring the standard flavors, specifically the biscoff! This place can get busy on Friday and Saturday nights. it's a super cute storefront that's clean and modern. Plenty of parking as it's in a center a huge shopping center. Chip, I will see you soon!

Amazing cookies!Just happened to be running errands one afternoon, and decided to stop by here with the family. The first thing I can say, is wow. Chocolate chip cookies are everywhere, but in a town filled to the brim with 'Chunk' or 'Crumbl' shops, this place is the absolute best.Most cookie places don't cook their cookies thoroughly, and you're left with that overwhelming cookie dough taste. These cookies were perfect, and I'll absolutely be back.And by the way.. Great soda choices here as well, to boot!

I'm just leaving this place I'm so sad was really craving cookies and thought the reviews were ok. Got in the car and couldn't wait only to find... they're all completly raw on the inside. Crispy raw cookie dough... 20$ for a box of raw cookies.

First off, I am obsessedI was a little hesitant with so many cookie areas in the area but I am so obsessed!! I got the OG chipzookie and it was so crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle. It had the most perfect flavor. It was not to sweet. It was the absolute most perfect cookie I have ever had. They even have a topping bar where you can add all the toppings you would like which is a super cool concept. What makes them even better is they have a soda fountain machine which is perfect because I always want a fresh Diet Coke with my sweets to hit the spot! Inside is super cute and so modern. The girls working tonight were also very sweet and helpful explaining the process!

I really enjoy a good cookie and chip cookies is always a good place to come for a quick pick me up. I love the root beer, cream sodas, and the kids love coming here because they get to smell fresh cookies being baked and eat delicious warm cookies. Stephanie was working today and I love her. She is always so kind and courteous and loving and will help you choose out the perfect cookie for you not to mention the shop is super cute and aesthetically pleasing.

Tried this place for the first and unfortunately, the last for myself. We were excited to try some new cookie spot that isn't that old yet and my Fiancé and I were craving cookies.To describe the inside, it was clean, small, and was what was expected from a cookie joint.The customer service we received while there was phenomenal and informative upon on arrival. We are lucky to receive this in today's world. This is why a 2 star is given rather than a 1 star.Let's get to the actual cookies now.. We ordered a total of 4 cookies and they were the following:- BTS: Very chocolate forward and it was unfortunately too rich to finish more than a quarter of the cookie.- Strawberry Shortcake: Raw 100% with the flavor of dough. I am aware that these cookies can be "dough" like, but for it to be mushy to this extent, it was not edible and was tossed immediately.- Tres Leches: This was a decent cookie. The flavor was creamy, warm, and enjoyable.- Biscoff: This was the best cookie of them all. The dough was cooked, the flavor matched the profile, and the cookie was easily finished.Overall, the price of $18 for the cookies that could potentially be a health safety issue, I would still go elsewhere. I really wish this review could have been better and we would be returning, but it appears that it wasn't meant to be.

I love gourmet cookies so when I saw this grand opening yesterday coincided with some other activities I was doing in downtown Gilbert yesterday, I had to stop by. The free cookie for the grand opening was great. I of course had to get some more to try. I got the SW and the Bischoff cookie to try. All of them tasted great. I am so glad there is yet another gourmet cookie place here in AZ for me to enjoy. While I did see the signature cookies that had toppings, I'm not a fan of those anywhere. I am a fan of tasting rhetorical cookie itself vs extra toppings and frostings. Seeing that's what I bought, I can say these cookies are soft and ooey gooey.

Stephanie was friendly & very informative! Smells delicious right when you come in! Love the concept and everything looks good! They even offer milk!

Came by a few weeks ago and it was such a lovely experience! The shop smelled delicious, the person at the counter was super friendly and patient with our indecisive selves, and it was a good time.What I love about Chip is that the cookies are soft and chewy, almost like cookie dough, but they're also tall, so I feel like you get a wider range of textures than the ones that are big and flat. I love that you can choose not to get toppings (for some of them), because neither my partner nor I are big fans of the trend in gourmet cookies where there is just way too much going on that isn't the cookie itself.We got the Biscoff and the OG, and both were absolutely delicious. I forgot to take pictures of them so you will just have to imagine. My partner didn't realize that the cookies had white chocolate in them, which he generally avoids, but I got him to concede that the white chocolate chips in the cookie were delicious and the appropriate chocolate choice for the cookie, and I think we may have a reformed white chocolate hater on our hands! At least when it comes to Chip cookies. :) Fun place, worth going to.

First time going here and the dude working the counter was awesome and was super helpful. Great place to go for a quick little treat. The place was clean and very aesthetic. And the cookies are awesome with a glass of milk.
