Chicago's Number One Gyro

I'm giving them a 4 I stead of a 3 or 5 because the quality was a 10, service was a 9, but the associate asked me how things were when he delivered another guests there food and I replied with the Gyro could use alittle more special sauce and he replied with yah we put x amount in and people usually buy and extra cup....we'll hello that should tell u right there that other people agree there's not enough sauce on it.Therefore I can not give them a perfect score.

Gyro was good but very little sauce and it was $2 for some extra sauce! I don't mind paying for sauce / extras but $2 seems excessive! Frys were good also.

This place has alway been good and then started cancelling delivery orders without informing the customer. My husband received his food and I did not..... it was a smaller than normal gyro... food was cold compared to other deliveries. I would not recommend this place to be reliable for delivery. DoorDash was kind enough to answer the phone when they would not. Do not order online. Maybe try in person but buyer beware with delivery.

Since opening this has been one of my family's favorite places to eat for our Mediterranean fix. The food quality has always been good, but sometimes the service can be a little slower. Be mindful in case you are looking for a quick lunch. I usually reserve this for when I have more time as good food is worth the wait. Dining area isn't anything fancy, but overall fairly comfy. Definitely a place worth checking out if you are looking for a gyro or Mediterranean cuisine!

Friendly greeting by young lady at counter.Ordered lunch to go for Wife and myself.Gyro w rice and gyro w fries. Side of rings and side of zucchini.Gyros were very good, plenty of meat and nice soft pita. Rice was good, fries very good, again generous portions.Not so great Onion rings. Premade and store bought. Nothing special. Same for zucchini, but they tasted good.Casual comment and my humble opinion only....this place has good food, but is not inviting me to eat in. Dated and kind of shabby. This area is about to grow in population by thousands of new homes and most of these people will be looking for good eats!We will eagerly return for take out gyros!

Love this restaurant! The best Gyros near my house. Always friendly staff and always clean! Highly recommend.

First time trying this place. My husband and I both loved our meals. I had the chicken gyro with fries and he had the gyro. The meat was so tender and flavorful!! The fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. We are looking forward to going back and trying the other dishes, especially the rice and hummus. Thanks for the delicious food!

The best Greek food I've had since moving to Arizona (1 year and 2 mos). The hummus was delicious and made in house! The gyro meat super tender and tasted so good. Will go back for more delicious food. Can't wait to try the other items in the menu. The service and staff excellent - was greater the minute we walked in the door and the same when we left. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Been stopping here on and off since COVID and have seen the quality go down. The last time was about a week ago and was very dissatisfied as if they changed suppliers. The hot dog tasted as if it was cooked in another way than boiled. The bun was not steamed It also did not have poppy seeds! The onions were red not yellow and were not chopped so overall this should not be considered Chicago

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed it. But this last time was very disappointing. The gyro had very little sauce and just a few onions and two small pieces of tomato. I also ordered spanakopita. It was a 3-in triangle about a half inch or less thick looked fried no layers of Philo spinach feta were discernible. Plus it was stale and inedible. It will probably be a while before I try it again.
