Chen's Chinese Restaurant

We dined in, young man who waited on us was excellent even though he was busy with take out orders he gave us great service. Food was great we will definitely be back.

Ordered Shrimp fried rice with egg. Came with no veggies at all. No peas or carrots. Definitely not shrimp fried rice. Don't show your pictures like that if it's not how you actually prepare the dish.

- Service: They are friendly and fast. Server had thick accent so it was challenging to understand.- Ambiance: A rather small and mom and pop shop atmosphere.- Food: mediocre at best.

I've eaten at Chen's many times and always had good experiences until the last couple of times. I thought maybe they had an off night the last time I ate there, and unfortunately it wasn't isolated. Tonight I ordered takeout. They told me 12-22 minutes and I picked it up right at 12. Got it home and the food was number one, COLD, (I live 4 minutes from the restaurant so it wasn't drive time) and I'm talking ice cold. It had to have been pre made and sat around. We ordered egg rolls and they sent about a tablespoon of sweet and sour sauce for 2 large egg rolls. I had General Tsao's chicken and my order came with some sweet sauce that is nowhere NEAR the right sauce and literally not an ounce of heat or spice. Anyway, I won't be going back. I'm not sure what happened to this place suddenly, but don't bother.

Food amount given for the cost is incredible! The service of the new girl with the greenish hair is a much needed change for this place. Before I never really wanted to eat inside and just pick up my food to go. That girl needs to be there way more! Will definitely return now more often.

Started with the hot and sour soup. It has the perfect consistency and a nice heat to it. The Szechuan chicken was very fresh with amazing vegetables, and a great heat in the sauce. It came with a very large container of steamed white rice which paired nicely.The pork egg foo young was great. The pork was tender and tasty, the vegetables, very fresh, the sauce delicious, The egg foo young patty was much more like an omelette, and didn't have a lot of taste, but absorb the test of the rest of the dish.The fried rice was again very fresh, had delicious beef sprouts in it.One thing that was slightly off was the hot tea. It was good, but it was Lipton, I was kind of expecting a green or jasmine tea.Jeffrey was our server. Young man who seemed to be working his first job. He was very polite and attentive. We will be back for good food.

I cannot believe how many negative reviews there are of this place. We have tried all the Chinese food joints in this area that will deliver and this is the only one we order from consistently. The orange chicken is so dang good. I love the family meal for 2 because it comes with two entrees, two soups, rice of choice, 2 egg rolls, and 2 fried shrimps. Only thing we don't care for are the fried shrimp, they just take like oil so we always throw them away. Not a fan of the lo mein but I do like the fried rice. Cannot believe how crispy the chicken stays with the delicious orange sauce on it. 10/10 on orange chicken.

I've lived here a long time . This place doesn't seem to care !John you made our decision easy . You can't even look at us when we walk in /No greeting ,like he didn't want us there . Anyways no big deal John . I wondered why they had a sign on the front door that said help wanted. I guess you're probably the reason if not, you should be they need a lot more help like I said it's not a big deal. There's plenty of Chinese food restaurants nearby unfortunately for the owners they have bad customer service

I'm an Uber Eats driver and it was my first time and wasn't sure what to do. The cashier was extremely rude to myself and everyone else. The other day star reviews speak for themselves.

I took my mom here because I liked the food here but when we went they said we couldn't eat inside because they didn't have utensils which sounded crazy because they did have plastic ones so just sounded ridiculous that we couldn't eat inside. We still ordered to go because we drove all this way. When I asked for sriracha, he said that was the last bottle. It also didn't come with the chips and the sauce it normally does. The service was so bad that we will not be going back. Also didnt see a high chair for my child but it didnt matter since we could eat there anyways.
