Chef Leo's Food Lab

What a wonderful experience!I invited 12 friends "to dinner"; they had no idea they would be cooking their own meal! But what a pleasant surprise for us all.Planning: chef Leo was responsive and accommodating and I couldn't ask for better communication!Meal: many many options, I chose the "make your own pasta fettuccine" and added salmon and chicken as protein options Location/layout: perfect. In a very unassuming "strip mall" (between a restaurant and massage parlor) it was the perfect surprise with plenty of parking! Kitchen brightly lit and accommodated 13 with ease. Chef Leo was prepared for us, having measured out many things ahead of time, and prepping the chicken, but allowing plenty of work for us to do, to ensure we could say "we did make and cook our own meal" Plenty of room and opportunity for all of us to do something of significance: slicing and dicing, making the sauce from scratch and EVERYBODY got their hands "dirty" in the making of the pasta We were then all able to sit at the table and enjoy the meal together, seated and talking about the experience. ByOB if you like and even your own music to connect to the blue tooth speaker!I thoroughly enjoyed the experience: my first cooking class of this kind. Def will look to do similar more often. And HIGHLY recommend Chef Leo if you're in the area! And yes...the food was awesome! From the pasta to the salmon to the salad to the bruschetta! lol. Not much left over to take home, it was so good!!We started about 6:30, and were seated and eating by 8p ish? He almost had to "kick us out" at 9p as we found ourselves so comfortably eating and talking and just enjoying each others company (We were 13, visiting from out of town)Def book a class with Chef Leo...you won't regret it!

Planned a work event for my team back in February and Chef Leo was excellent! So much fun, such a great concept, and Chef Leo is an amazing chef. Thank you so much! This was a great team-building event! Highly recommend this as a group activity for teams. They all had a blast!

My family had a blast cooking at Chef Leo's! The food was delicious and the company and atmosphere made it even more fun. Chef Leo is an excellent host and instructor. Definitely wanting to return for more classes.

First, Leo is great.It's just not what I expected.You only get to "cook" at 1 of the 6 stations. And then so much is pre made you really aren't doing or learning much.It reminds me of fishing with my grandpa when I was little, and he would hand me the pole once he had a fish already hooked. Quaint, but not really fishing.I suppose it's a good date night, but you're not learning to cook anything .

Friendly and easy going. Love the energy. Fun night cooking with chef Leo. Delicious food.

We took our 14-year-old son and his friends to chef Leo's lab for his birthday and had so much fun! They are all inspired and want to cook more. My son wants to be a chef when he grows up so he was really into it and Chef Leo made it easy for everyone.

I would highly recommend this. The food so was delicious, and the entire experience was so fun. It's cooking without the hassle! Everything is portioned out for you and then cleaned up for you afterward, plus Chef Leo makes everything easy to understand. It's a great way to get out for the night, learn new skills, try new foods, and have fun! Not only will we be making these at home, but we will be back to try new recipes! Try Chef Leo's Food Lab for date night, time with your teens, a gift for your parents, or a staff party.

My boyfriend and I went last night for one of his "date night" cooking classes and it was so much fun! Leo is super nice and chill and made everyone feel at ease. I'm not at home with cooking but he explained things well and made it fun and simple. We are definitely coming back soon!

11 of us cooked a Southwestern meal under Chef Leo's direction. The experience was wonderful! He was super organized with recipes the necessary ingredients and utensils at each station for us to work with. He offers a choice of many different menus to choose from. This one included Sautéed Southwestern Corn with Crispy Bacon, Smokey Chorizo Queso Dip, Loaded Green Chile Chicken Soup, Spicy Beef Papas Rellenas with Chipotle Aioli, Sous Vide Carne Asada Skirt Steak. Fun and yummy. We will do this again'

My boyfriend and I attended a class yesterday with his coworkers and it was very fun. Cooking is usually not a relaxing experience for a novice like me but, like most other reviews, Chef Leo made cooking and entertaining and enjoyable experience. Chef Leo is welcoming, down to earth, and organized. The food was delicious and I liked that Chef Leo had the printed recipes for us to go home with. Having a "family style" meal after cooking was delightful with good company. I've already told family and friends about this fun experience and will be back for more.
