I got the Philly cheesesteak and I created my own. I thought the sandwich was flavorful especially with the cheese sauce topping. I think it would be better with au jus for dipping. The sandwich was filled with meat and cheese. Yum see the attached photo for a drool worthy surprise. I recommend this choice if they ever roll into your neck of the woods. The staff was friendly and helpful. They come to my place of work often and they draw a pretty big crowd.

Been to this truck a few times. Service and food are not consistent. Sometimes great sometimes not. The hungry hippie is a grilled cheese with bbq pork and Mac n cheese. Such yummy comfort food. First time I got it I enjoyed it. This last time the bread was super greasy, barely had any cheese, and the Mac n cheese was dry. The owners / workers never seem to be thrilled, do not sure why the even bother. I'd give it a try again if only thing around, but so many great food trucks to try.

Had the Flower Power Melt for $7, it had mozzarella, avocado, and tomato on sourdough and comes with kettle chips. I requested to add sharp cheddar, and pepper jack to it, which they did at no extra cost. Came out quick and was a great fully loaded grilled cheese!

I am picky when it comes to grilled cheese food trucks and was a bit concerned about some of these reviews but I'm glad I tried them!I had the cheese out with added tomato and avocado and a side of tots. The bread had the perfect all-important crunch. The cheese was plentiful and the tomato and avocado were perfect additions. Tots were basic but tasty. My only slight complaint is that it wasn't cooked long enough and some of the cheese wasn't all the way melted.My other complaint is the price. The menu on their website was different than the website on the truck. The website had a basic grilled cheese for $3 and their cheese out for $5. The $3 grilled cheese was not on the truck menu and the cheese out was $6. I spent over $16 for my sandwich and tots, including a tip. I know adding tomato and avocado is an extra $3 but still pretty steep despite the additions. Despite the price, I will definitely return to the truck. I can't resist a good grilled cheese. I may have a problem...

we recently ate from here at an event and we (3 of us, in a group of 6) got the pulled bbq mac and cheese sandwich, and one got the philly. Then we ordered thr 2 kids the kids sandwich None of us even finished half of the bbq and mac sandwich. It was bland, incredibly greasy, and was what tasted and appeared to be stouffers frozen macaroni on top. Really disappointed. I've had incredible pulled bbq mac sandwiches before and even made great ones at home. It was also almost $40 for 2 sandwiches and 2 kids sandwiches with no drinks. The tots (only come with kids sandwhich) were gross which I didn't think was possible,

How can you go wrong with grilled cheese? Especially grilled cheese with mac and cheese on it?!?! The food here was decently priced and tasty. Was it the best grilled cheese ever? No. But it was solid. If I came across this truck in the future, I'd try it again.

This place makes bomb grilled cheese. I highly recommend the hungry hippie. My girlfriend enjoyed the holy macaroni and loved it as well.

I love this food truck. Every time I go to a music festival, I look for it. The Hippie Sandwich is amazing. It is BBQ pulled pork and mac & cheese on a grilled cheese sandwich. It is amazing!! As for the people who rated the people as rude...they have always been kind to my husband and I. I guess you get what you give.

The hits:Prices were fair, especially for a food truck..Sandwich (freebird) was very tasty..tater tots were hot and had a nice crunch..loaded tots have plenty of cheesy good sauce on top.Food came out pretty fast!The misses:Just not enough meat on my freebird - lacked both turkey and baconYes it was grilled but, not evenly on entire sandwich (sorry, that's a bit picky)So, I would give them another try but, definitely would ask for and pay up for a little more meat on the sandwich..
