I was at an event at the Arizona State Capitol and this was one of the featured food trucks. Being from Baltimore, Washington DC(just down the road from Philly), I always appreciate Philly cheesesteaks and the big liberty bell logo always works on me. The owner is a really cool native Philadelphian and Marine Corps. vet(thanks for your service). He had my classic Philly cheesesteak(provolone) with delicious fries in my hands in minutes. There was tons of yummy meat and provolone cheese.After chowing down on all that fine food I had an urge to run up the steps of the Philly city hall and shout "Yo Adrian" where's my glass of 8 raw eggs, take on Apollo Creed, then jog around Independence Hall.Highly recommended.

Cheese E Wagon is a food truck that offers Philly cheese steaks, burgers, chicken strips and fries. We tried it recently at Friday Food Truck West in Glendale. We are from Philly so we are pickier than most people. This sandwich had too much bread that isn't like bread that you would get in Philadelphia anywhere. Not enough onions. Everyone in Philly offers cherry peppers.It's an A-OK sandwich. The meat seemed fresh and was tender. 3 stars is a positive rating on Yelp and translates to A-OK.

I love supporting food trucks! One thing that has surprised me is how sophisticated food trucks have become. The cliche that you can only get tacos from them is fast becoming a thing of the past. As the pandemic taught us, pop up kitchens and ghost kitchens have much to offer. Even when we can't dine inside, we can still find great food to-go or via delivery.Cheese E Wagon focuses on Philly cheesesteaks and has several different options. I only went to Philadelphia once (loved it!) so I am not an expert by any means on cheesesteaks. Many customers at the truck were commenting on how authentic these were. I tried both the original cheesesteak and a cheeseburger (just bites of each). Both were about what you would expect. Not to detract from it, but these are what I call "belly stuffer" foods. The idea isn't as much on the flavor or refinement (it IS a food truck, after all!) but on getting full. These aren't items I would want to "belly stuff" with in the middle of summer on a 120 degree day, but on a mild December evening? Satisfying.Interestingly, the cheeseburger is served with a side of fries whereas the cheesesteak isn't. I would recommend ordering fries. These aren't fast-food fries. They're flavorful and original.The employees in the truck were super friendly! I'm used to long waits at food trucks. Not at this one! The team got the good out quickly. It was a nice experience, and when talk about supporting local and family-owned businesses, nothing exemplifies that more than a food truck.#veteranowned

I am from the Philadelphia suburbs and have had many cheesesteaks over the years from a variety of places including Jim's South Street, Tony Luke's, Dalesandros, Pat's and many other less known places. Who has the best cheesesteaks has been a ongoing debate in Philly for years. My husband and I recently had cheesesteaks from Cheese & Wagon when they were in Chandler. We were impressed. Cheese & Wagon clearly knows how to make a excellent cheesesteak. Are they as good as Jim's? No they didn't beat out my personal favorite but they far surpassed many other cheesesteaks I have had in Philly. The owner is a super nice guy who will greet you with a smile. Hopefully they will be back in the Chandler area soon

Spent $12 on the original Philly Cheesesteak only for it to come out semi cold. The bread wasn't toasted, the wiz cheese tasted like the nacho cheese at Taco Bell, and the meat tasted like shredded hamburger meat with no flavor. I would not recommend spending money here.

If you're looking for a legit Philly, this place is it. Make sure you get it wit Wiz, for sure!! Also, the owner is willing to accommodate special requests when he can which makes it even more amazing- my son has a custom grilled cheese he does with mac and cheese bites and jalapeños that is divine! Be sure to give them a try!

3 of us ordered phillys yesterday and all rated them pretty weak at 2 out of 5 stars. Fairly small for the price ($10-$13) and lots of bread, not enough meat or provolone - tons of whiz. Flavor was fine but bland. East Coast Cheesesteaks (another local truck) are 2-3 times bigger, more flavorful, and only a few dollars more.

I had the cheesesteak last night at desert lights, and that was the last time I've had a comfortable moment. All day today I have been having bowel movements that have zero solidity to it. 8 times now and it's only 2pm. I haven't been able to eat anything or keep liquids in me. I've had to change my underwear, I've missed several appointments at work and I'm per sure it's not stopping any time soon. DO NOT EAT HERE...

Want authentic Philly cheese steak sandwich. This is the place to go. My wife loved the surf n turf sandwich, shrimp was tender and buttery. Good food and employees. Owner very interactive and informative. Semper Fi

Absolutely amazing! We ordered the philly with everything and fries and it was absolutely delicious. The fries were fresh homemade fries. We will be back for sure! Great amount of food for the price
