Centro Lounge

This is a good quick and casual spot at the resort. You can sit inside or outside with views of the pool. We got the queso fundido, which was good but more of a liquid dipping sauce than the 'fundido' that I'm used to in Texas. It tasted a tad sweet with the corn, which I enjoyed. The tacos were delicious and large- 2 was plenty for me.

This is the poolside restaurant at the hotel. They have nice food for poolside service tacos burgers you know typical by the pool food. The guacamole was extraordinary good I highly recommend you try. It service could be a little better, but overall the place was nice that his favor was pretty good. I grabbed the Centro Cobb salad for a quick lunch after my flight landed. Very fresh and delicious, especially the agave bacon, charred corn, and cilantro vinaigrette. It was a little pricy but expected for a resort ($19 without an additional protein, +$9 for chicken or +$10 for shrimp). Service was welcoming and prompt. I dined at the patio, but they also serve the same menu poolside.

Open-spaced modern looking restaurant on the Omni premises which was the ideal spot for a light lunch. Wonderful salads in a quiet environment, combined with the "tres amigos" salsa combo. Excellent.

Food is delicious. Overpriced but it's a resort so it comes with the territory. The asada fries were excellent! So were the cinnamon sugar chips with the orange whipped cream. Service was great. I believe Charisse was my waitress and she was excellent. Good food but if I wasn't staying here, I wouldn't drive out of my way to come.

We started our meal with bruschetta, because I of course love a bruschetta appetizer! The Centuro Lounge's Bruschetta --grilled baguette topped w/heirloom tomato, basil fennel pollen drizzled with blood orange oil -- turned out to be a more fancy variety than I prefer. I didn't care for it. Moving on to the Excellent Montelucia Burger! proprietary blend, pepper jack, shredded gem lettuce, tomato, avocado aioli in a brioche bun. The hubs substituted w/ the impossible burger - all the flavor, aroma and beefiness of meat, but it's just plants. We both enjoyed our respective entree w/ a side of golden fries. Awesome late evening dinner on the patio. The service was attentive, not overbearing. Definitely worth a visit.

Chop't Taco Champ Laura Gonzalez is the chef here and the place has gone creative and good. Nice drinks. Had the honey something with grapefruit juice and jalapeño. Margaritas were good too. Had chips and trio of dips for the appetizers and the chips were thin, crispy and a step above most restaurants. The dip cups were small but good. Tacos were terrific. Halibut tacos with a brown sauce and shrimp tacos nicely fried and breaded. Waitress was attentive and helpful while letting us sit and work at the table for longer than we probably should have. And even at a gourmet place like this I couldn't resist tater tots-done extra crispy with little potato left and some nice seasoning. The only issue was the mango chili side dish that was frozen (and shouldn't have been). Seating inside and outside with huge tv's I think they chose the right champion on Chop't.

Granted it's Easter Sunday, however it's not their brunch restaurant and the surrounding pool area wasn't busy. Absolutely an embarrassment of service standard and any example of a staff who has been trained well. Heads down and zero attention to guest needs. I waited to be greeted and even get a glass of water for 30 min. 2 other groups experienced the same thing. Didn't appear to be any manager presence except a young supervisor who kept running food and expressing zero clue to where he was going. By far a poor representation of what was once a proud property. Great job Omni. JW Camelback, Biltmore Resort, Sanctuary, Royal Palms and Phoenician need not worry about competing with this resort.

Incredible service from the staff at Centro Lounge at the Omni Montelucia. Enjoyed the 'Centro Sonoran Cheeseburger' poolside. Ambiance inside and outside of the restaurant is zen and upscale - 10/10 recommend this resort and the food!

Tried this as we waited for our room to be ready. We had the coconut shrimp tacos, hummus, and guacamole. I'd have to say they were fantastic and the service was wonderful!
