Central BBQ House

So attached to this is central Kpop and I definitely recommend stopping by to get a drink or a snack.It's a cute little shop filed with kpop stuff, different types of snacks and ramen, hot food and drinks, also a little section for k beauty. I do wish there was different snacks to buy but it's a small shop so it's understandable.The tteokbokki was great and the drink I got with non dairy substitue (always a plus for me)

I've been here twice and it's been about the same both times. The waitress was absolutely amazing, and honestly the best part about the entire experience. We ordered a bit of everything. It was all pretty plain, the food was either barely marinated or not marinated at all. The white rice felt overcooked and had a mushy texture. The mandu was very good and the spicy rice rolls were great both times. I don't recommend getting any of the seafood options. The spicy ramen was only good while it was hot, and the French fries reminded me of middle school. We ordered the purple haze smoothies with boba and they were good. Parking was easy to find midday. It's a little hard to understand what they were going aesthetic wise. They have a karaoke center and billiard tables which makes it feel like it's more of an evening centered establishment.

Good little kbbq spot that gave me what I wanted. Great choice of meats and cooked hot foods. Sides could be more traditional and more options. The cheesy corn was too burnt and tasted burnt. The cinnamon pineapple was from a can which was not great tasting or impressive. Rice was mushy and chewy. Service was friendly and the robot was exciting to see.

Rude. Had our car towed because we didn't stay. Food looked disgusting..We didn't want to pay $40 for a dinner -- we weren't interested in All You Can Eat! Hope they get a nice normal restaurant in there very soon to replace this.

Pros:The grills on the table were nice. The robot waiters were cute, and probably more helpful when it's more busy. It was fun to get Shabu Shabu as well as the BBQ. And the price was less than some Korean bbq places. The food overall was quite good. We ordered three meats and had Shabu Shabu. Cons:There was no reduced price lunch menu which was disappointing and maybe contributed to the nearly empty restaurant. When it came time to check out we were asked to finish more of our chicken or pay a $12.95 fee. We payed over $50 for three meats and the broth and veggies for Shabu Shabu, but suddenly we were treated like 8 year olds at the family dinner table not allowed to go until we cleaned our plates. This is a posted policy, but I was still startled since we hadn't ordered an excess amount of food. And it's honestly the reason I won't be back. I understand trying to cut down on waste, but they should try limiting ordering (ie no new orders until you finish previous order) --don't make your guests make themselves sick choking down food after they are full. Overall:Do not recommend

Our first visit to an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ. Our poor waiter had to explain everything to us. He was such a trooper. Cooking your food on an in-table grill was pretty fun. The bulgogi was SO good. I ordered the Cajun shrimp and I had to pass. I didn't expect them to come complete with head she'll and legs. I was really unsure how to properly mutilate them and I don't think our server knew either. I'll have to watch a YouTube video before our next visit so I can destroy some seafood . They also have pool tables. Great place for a party.

When I ran into this place on Yelp it did not have the best reviews but I decided to give it a tryService 100/100 the hostess was extremely nice and she took really good care of me!The place is nice and big, but i feel it is more of a snack and drinks type of place than dinner.Food was meh, the marinated beef was good, the fried rice was flavorless and everything else was ok.The picture is the stove after I grilled a bunch of beef slices, and the broth with noodles.

Walked into this place with low expectations because almost all restaurants north of south mountain are terrible. This place was amazing.Great quality, explosion of different flavors.Best restaurant I've eaten at in years.Little on the high end in price, but then the food is so very good. I don't mind paying a little more for this king of qualityCoconut smoothie was from heaven

Made a reservation for a birthday 2 days ago for 12 to accommodate us and they said they would. Got here today and they said I never called. Split the group and killed the vibe. I am extremely disappointed and wish another Korean bbq place opened on this side of town in Laveen/ south Phoenix. Staff understood however the owner needs to own up to this. Would not recommend this place, will not come here ever again.

Been here a year ago and forgot how bad it is There was no fried rice and they never brought it out the whole time we were there The steak we got was completely frozen in the middle and had to ask for another I never got the kimbap or the veggies even though we asked three times There was a long ass hair in my food..should have just walked out The food took forever to come out and we ordered pretty fast Never offered to change the grill pan The DJ was super loud couldn't hear myself talk Be warned there is a live band at 9 pm ..great..louder music The waitress was doing her best and could tell she felt bad for the food being late but didn't even get a discount for having hair in my food.Not worth the bbq..when we got home, my husband felt super sick!!
