Afternoon YELPERS!! Needing a dermatologist to take this growth thing off my bottom eyelid I looked through MANY docs and finally found a pic of FNP Mara Scaramella who looked like the kindest of all of those listed in my benefits! Took a chance and booked appt. Day before they send me the reminder and SHOCK! I thought I made appt at office near me but NO...blondie here booked at NORTH PHX office 48 minutes away! UGH. Not wanting to be a NO SHOW (How rude!) I drove...and drove...and drove.On the 5th floor of this parking garage I took this pic and sent to my bestie and told her if I disappear this is where I was last! Trying to break into the locked door by shaking and shaking it, the nicest young lady Melissa came and let me in. She said they were at lunch but I could go ahead and come in if I wanted! How sweet! (She probably knew I would squish my face against the window til she opened the door) She chatted me up with friendly conversation and had music on and sang a few words. OF COURSE, me being me, I started sing along SHOUT, SHOUT, LET IT ALL OUT....:) so I knew I had chosen the RIGHT OFFICE!Doc Mara was AMAZING!! She is adorable, so perky and friendly from the time she walked in the room!! Zero rushing you, lots of friendly chat and even shared personal stories to make you feel more comfortable. Found out we both had worked for rival major airlines!! She also got her Nursing license young so has lots of experience in many fields of medicine. I have a lot of medical issues so she was patient while we discussed each one. To choose a doctor randomly and hit the jackpot was worth the drive. I will be absolutely using Doc Mara and her sidekick Melissa the next time I can "telemed" for sure and maybe if I hit the lottery I can afford the gas to go see them on the 5th floor again!Book your appointment with Centra Internal Medicine and Doc Mara Scaramella and you will not be sorry if you live anywhere close to their office....she is WONDERFUL!! Getting an appointment was a breeze. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and attentive. Heather M. is the best! She's so kind and patient. I've never had a practitioner that listens so well.

I can't say enough about the doctors, nurses and other staff here. I've been coming here for roughly 5 years and everyone is always professional and courteous especially at times when I haven't deserved it. There've been times where I I have been short with them and their response is always kindness. I highly recommend this office whether you're 100 years old or have a one-year-old. Top notch, caring people.

Had my first appointment today with Heather and had a great experience. It was fast to get in on ZocDoc. Lesley was super kind and made the check in much easier than other places I've been. Heather took the time to talk with me and I didn't feel rushed. I will definitely be using Heather as my PCP for now on.

Heather is absolutely amazing! She's so attentive and really cares about her patients. The front desk staff is not great but with a Dr like Heather, I'm willing to let some go.

Had a great experience when I needed a rapid COVID Test. I needed one within a day and Leslie was able to get me in so fast and easy. The women who swabbed my nose was as fast as possible and the Doctor came out and let me know what was going on. Was a little bit of a drive for me but it was worth it because of the quickness of the office. Great job guys.

I came here to see Heather Medansky over two weeks ago. I have ADD and explained that I have been on adderall off and on but not since I moved to Arizona. She's the first therapist I've seen in Arizona. She prescribed me wellbutrin instead because it's non-addictive and adderall can leave holes in your heart. This was the worst reaction I've ever had to a medication, I called the office three times to explain this. I got no response to messages, no calls back. The pills made me suicidal. I called again today and was on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up. This is the worst experience I have had with a medical office. She saw me once, prescribed the wrong drug knowing I knew what worked, and then ignored my calls. The pills made me incredibly depressed and I felt like I was losing my mind. I cannot believe a mental health professional would do this.

Dr. Mara is a delight. I've been to more Doctors than most and Centra Internal Medicine is doing so very many things right! They are the type of folks you hope for in this context and can't help but feel like your health matters to them. I was so impressed with Dr. Mara. She's certainly (and delightfully) unique and has a personality that's so bright and vibrant. There is such a wonderfully authentic and beautiful spirit about her. Dr. Mara is really quite special and I feel privileged to be a patient in her care!

Waited for an hour to be told they couldn't find my mom's appointment. Why didn't they state this upon arrival when she checked in???? It appeared to be different office staff than who is normally there. Apparently not trained adequately. They said we could wait (it would be at least another 30 minutes). Had another appointment so couldn't. We like Dr. Sahni and Heather but if this is the staff they're going to have running their office it's time to find another provider.
