Casita Coffee

Cool independently owned coffee shop with a comfortable casual atmosphere and delicious coffee! The owner was there, making the drinks and was extremely helpful in offering suggestions for something I might like. I had the coconut, vanilla breve, and it was outstanding!

January (noun): A giant Monday.Mi casita tu casita.Great spot to get some work done. I got the cookie butter coffee with almond milk but I was definitely eyeing some of their offerings in the treats display. Simplistic, minimalistic, with a slight boho feel... it's a charming atmosphere. It's not the biggest space so I wouldn't recommend large groups but if you need a spot to chat with a friend, Casita Coffee is a place you should consider.Service is great. The guy at the counter told us how they started off as a coffee trailer and finally opened up a store. I wish them much success!

Enjoyed a seasonal hot white chocolate with a friend on Saturday and had to go back to check out their chai. Both drinks were wonderful! Saturday drink was served with a fun design on top, but the other day was in a to go cup as I popped in just before they were closing. Small but cozy seating space inside, don't expect to get a seat on Saturday morning unless you're there early! Staff was friendly and very kind when my one-year old tipped her container of cheerios over unexpectedly.

So glad I found this spot. I know their food truck and I'm so happy to see them in a brick and mortar. I needed a spot to work for a couple of hours and this was perfect. I met the owner as well and he was so kind. I'm glad to have found some community within the community. Home made horchata was spot on! The shop is cute! I love the decor and the couch was comfy to work at. I can't wait to come back for conchas on the weekend.

Such a cute coffee shop-I've loved casita for a while and I'm so excited you have a storefront. The atmosphere was so calming and clean! The barista was extremely sweet and helpful. I got a cookie butter latte and a pastry and both were fantastic.

WeeWee *french accent*I have found the holy grail of coffee in Gilbert! I am so glad I decided to stop in here with my friend! The owners are awesome! I felt like I was having a coffee (or 3 lol) at a friend's house! Flavors are so good!!!! They make their own syrups! The gingerbread should be a staple lolI would gladly buy a coffee flight! The cafe is so cute!!!

Stopped by for some coffee and I really like how they turned this place around. It is very simple, has a welcoming vibe, and it has a very clean look. I greeted the worker as I walked in and he greeted me back.I ordered an iced pumpkin spiced latte and the ordering process was quick. There was just one other customer there at the time (she was sitting) and I only waited a few minutes for my drink.I wasn't able to hang out since I had an appt to get to but I did sit for a few minutes while I waited. There was no music playing nor any background noises so it was very very quiet inside... which imo can be a little awkward. The drink was really good and not too strong. It tasted just like a PSL should taste. I will be back soon to try something else!

Casita Coffee now has a brick and motor store which is fantastic! They are located south of Downtown Gilbert in a cozy strip mall. Their interior is very cute and they a few seats available inside and outside.My husband and I both ordered lattes but his was the Pumpkin Horchata Latte, mine the Blue Churro Latte. I AM a pumpkin spice girly and love all seasonal flavors so I do recommend getting all their pumpkin during the season - it is so good.But off-season, the Blue Churro was very good and was not too sweet.We spent time outside enjoying the cooler weather and that my little one was down for his nap. Great location, coffee, and service!

Whats not to love about your newest local coffee shop! From starting out a as mobile coffee trailer, Casita Coffee has embarked on a new adventure and finally opened the doors to their new storefront coffee shop!Upon entry, you'll see the simple yet adorable boho decor and seating they offer. A few 2 seater tables and a very comfy sofa await you.We came at the perfect time as it was just a few people, but the line quickly grew out the door behind us.Right now they're offering a few fall specialty drinks from their menu for a limited time. I decided upon one the pumpkin horchata latte with pumpkin cold foam. The drink was delicious! The horchata was very subtle but still taste able, and the pumpkin cold foam topped it off perfectly. We also had a hot chocolate which was adorned with a beautiful latte art. The perfect touch to any hot drink. We really enjoyed it here, it is a must try for sure!

Got to come in the second day of their soft opening this weekend! Their little space is so cute and fun to hangout with friends and enjoy their delicious drinks!Absolutely love treating myself when I go to the Gilbert Farmers Market, the long line to their trailer at the market is so worth the wait! So happy they opened a store front where you can enjoy any time of the wk!Everyone is friendly and welcoming! My favorite latte is their peanut butter one but had to try out a couple of their seasonal while it's available, Pumpkin Horchata Latte and Pumpkin Cookie Butter Latte, both delicious!
