The service is amazing, the etiquette of the server is unique. I recommend this family oriented restaurant for Mexican authentic cuisine

Spouse and I always enjoy the food. We try something new each time we go and have never been disappointed. I have to say my favorite is the Pollo Palamino, very good and you get a large portion. While prices have crept up a bit, still a good value for the money.Service has always been excellent. Even when they are busy someone always asks how you are doing and is there anything else.I will have to agree with a few previous comments the inside could use an update, but it is functional with lots of room between tables, so you never feel crowded, and I will take that every time.They are located in a strip mall, so parking is normally not a problem, and you have easy on of to the main street going through town.We will be going back, and I do recommend you give them a try.

Great spot. Very friendly service, priced like I like it. Low price large quantity. Lunch specials so you can get a combination of favorites. Food was wonderful and I like the dark refried beans so much more than the lite. Super thin chips and tasty salsa! Inside was cool and comfortable.

The food at Casa Palomino is A+!Their enchiladas are the best in west! The servers are the best and they have a drive thru.

Stopped by for lunch with a colleague after a site visit in the area. We wanted Mexican food and this fit the bill. It's in a strip mall that's attached to an autozone so the vibes were not great. Once you walk in, you're immediately transported to Mexico. The decor is authentic with tiled floors and candelabras on the walls. The tables and booths seem like they've been around since the 80s but were in good condition. The floor seemed a bit dirty and the lighting was very dim. Very much a divey spot. The walk to the restroom was down a long corridor. There was a sign that said to keep the door shut to keep the AC in the dining room. However, I think it was to keep out the smell of old grease that violently assaults your nostrils as soon as you open the door to the hallway. The toilet had a slow close lid though, so that was a nice touch. The servers greeted us warmly and were very prompt with taking our order making up for the off putting vibes. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. I had the quesadilla with shredded beef and green chiles and my colleague had the green chili pork burrito. My quesadilla was a little soggy but I think that had to do with my choice of two fillings. The flavor was on point. My colleague enjoyed his burrito and really liked the beans. All in all glad we stopped by as it hit the spot for Mexican food, but would probably get it to go if we were to come back.

Hands down the most amazingly delicious chicken burrito we both have ever had. The jalapeño cheese sauce on top, just completes it. I cannot say enough about it. Saw it on the menu, ordered it immediately. So happy we did. We both could not believe how amazing it is. Didn't even touch the rice, the burrito was so filling and full of delicious shredded chicken (not filler like lettuce or rice). We were driving back from the Ostrich farm on i10, to a detour back and OMG ami glad we did. No lie we saw this restaurant had better reviews than other 2 near it, so we figured we'd stop in. No alcohol license. I was a bit bummed, was hoping for a Margherita, however thissssssss amazing burrito is better than and drink. Seriously so good. I wish could FedEx my neighbors in Seattle a plate. Just try it!!!

Ordered a Carne Assada today for take out. After 40n minutes of wait I got a cold tasteless mush of things in a small dish. Awful.

Love the food and service. To me, best salsa I've had anywhere. Love the small town atmosphere and seeing all the locals.

The good: food was good. The bad: horrible service. They definitely do favor locals or their own buddies. Took a while just to place an order and people ordering long after us got their food before we did. To the point that I was ready to walk out. They need to renovate this place- very old, dark, hot and outdated. They have Mexican blankets instead or shades or curtains over the windows, big water stains on ceiling and fans to try to cool you.

Best Mexican food in Coolidge. Only problem that I ran into there was a fly that just annoyed me that I didnt even enjoy eating there. It will be takeout from now on, but their food is good. Tried a lot of different things but I like gb enchiladas the best.
