No. But it's special, unique, and the owner is kind and that's the type of community we love to support. And the water is incredible!"

"I love Water and Ice for their smoothies! Tahitian breeze is my personal favorite. It's also a major plus and keeps loyal customers as the owner here is so pleasant. Many times I've seen her working by herself hopping back and forth from scooping ice cream to blending smoothies and ringing guests up for water.. running the whole show and she does this all while wearing a smile! They sell Thrifty ice cream by the scoop or pre-packaged half gallons. They are a little more pricier than a carton of Dreyer's from the Fry's across the street; however, it's definitely worth it for the for special flavors. My family's favorite is the pineapple coconut. So good! You can't find Thrifty's at too many places."

"Took my nephew here after his basketball game. It's a cute little water n ice & ice cream shop out in STV. Very laid back atmosphere, decent size so you can take a larger party. They have an entire side section inside to sit and enjoy your treats. It's pretty neat it has a little old school shooting gallery that you can pay to play. They serve the good stuff, the Thrifty Ice Cream, old school shakes and floats, nachos, hot dogs, candy.... Yummmm!If you want to take the fam out in STV, skip the ice cream chains and stop by Winters, you won't be disappointed! Enjoy :)"

"I've been coming here for about a year didn't even realize I had not left a review. Nice place. Very clean. The water is 40¢ a gallon, which might be a a bit more expensive, but they have a high-pressure water jug cleaning station, which makes it more than worth it. Treat yourself to their homemade ice cream sandwiches. They're huge and delicious!"

It's a COOL Water 'n Ice.More than just the average water and ice spot, they also sell fun snacks from other countries. Japanese Kit Kats, fun-flavored chips, etc. They also have root beer on tap! For $4.50-something, you too can have an Abita root beer float. Abita - the Lousianna wonder made with sugar cane! Wow!That's really all I wanted to say."

"I went to Sandee's water and ice to check it out and see if I could find some ice cream. I walked in and was greeted with an enthusiastic smile. The lady behind the counter explained the ice creams they had and which cones they had. They have regular, chocolate covered with sprinkles, and chocolate covered with nuts. The selection of ice cream was so yummy! I went with a strawberry cheesecake. The ice cream tasted SO GOOD and creamy. It hit the spot. The establishment is clean and smells clean. The prices are great for water, ice, ice cream, and candy. I will be visiting again very soon."
