"Water from outside is $.25 a gallon which is quite reasonable. They also accept dollars which is nice. Area is kind of rough, with vagrants wandering the parking lot. Water is delicious (no taste, which is a good thing). Wish the areas tap water didn't taste so horrible! I didn't go into the store, as it was after hours. Just used their water dispenser outside. Good water at a decent price."

"I love Water and Ice for their smoothies! Tahitian breeze is my personal favorite. It's also a major plus and keeps loyal customers as the owner here is so pleasant. Many times I've seen her working by herself hopping back and forth from scooping ice cream to blending smoothies and ringing guests up for water.. running the whole show and she does this all while wearing a smile! They sell Thrifty ice cream by the scoop or pre-packaged half gallons. They are a little more pricier than a carton of Dreyer's from the Fry's across the street; however, it's definitely worth it for the for special flavors. My family's favorite is the pineapple coconut. So good! You can't find Thrifty's at too many places."

"This was our first time in the store and my entire family loved it! The store was very very clean and the Owner was lovely. Very nice gentlemen. I absolutely love Dole Whip and it tasted just like the kind you get at Disneyland. I didn't get photos of all of my children's icees but I did get one. What I thought was pretty cool is you can buy bags of circular ball ice, which is amazing in your hydro flasks and square ice cubes for your cocktails. Very cool. We will be customers for life!"

For months I'd pass this unassuming storefront while going into Safeway, then my niece told me that they sell "Circus Ice Cream." Being the great Aunt that I am ;) I took her in, and lo and behold: they have Thrifty Ice Cream! They also have made-to-order Italian Sodas and Shaved Ice, and a variety of candy and snacks. Thrifty Pistachio is a nostalgia treat for me, but usually I just get my niece and her BFF Circus Animal Cookies cones. The store is clean, prices are low, the employees are friendly = we are fans! "I have been a frequent customer for over twenty years, even when I loved to Gilbert for a year in an apartment when I first moved out of my parent's house. So glad that I bought my house 14 years ago, and I am only about 1.1 miles from this location. Chris and her husband are so friendly! Amazing to see her remember many customers by name, and always share a little conversation when we stop by. The water is the best tasting around the area in my opinion and is a great price at only $.25/gallon. I've heard they have great thrifty ice cream and treats, but I've never tried personally. The store may be older, but has been maintained for a clean atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in their business and I can't recommend them enough!"

"First time here today and total jackpot! Clean, laid back, full service store. The lady owner was the one at the store today and she was the sweetest! Super courteous, helpful and informative! I let her know it was my first time here and she gave me a free alkaline water bottle. I came here for the alkaline water. She literally rinsed, filled my three 5 gallon jugs in 5mins!!! Where as before, it would take a minimum of 30 mins or up to an hour if the machine was being used. She wanted show me a demo of their regular water vs the alkaline water but she had ran out of those drops! Next time! And once she was done filling my jugs, she sprayed them down with some sanitizing spray. So if you're into this kind of thing, youll love it here! They also carry Thrifty ice cream. The butter pecan, rocky road and pistachio were all delicious! They also sale alkaline ice cubes! They are literally so cool looking! Huge 2x2x2 cubes that make you crave some whisky over these!$1.50 per gallon of alkaline water, ph 9.5"

Very kind of him.I asked questions about the glass bottles cuz I thought that was interesting. They had 1, 3, and 5 gallon sizes, the larger of the two I believe he told me were made in Italy and the smallest one was actually made in America (gasp!). Okay, THAT impressed me because so much of the stuff sold in the USA is from China. And of course they have those water bottle stands, ceramic bases, plastic bottles, and THRIFTY ICE CREAM. Woohoo! "Pretty much the only liquid in my diet is water. I thought I was going nuts as the water was tasting terrible here. My mom, husband and girls confirmed it was not tasting good. It tasted like tap water. We have been stopping here over 10 years. I shopped around our areas. The only decent water wasn't in the best area. The owner and I talked about the taste. He didn't know what was causing it and hadn't had any other compliants. I felt bad. He spent $400 having a guy come out that he says services all the water businesses in the area. He looked everything over and changed a couple of filters. The water rates great again. I don't know what triggers them to change a filter but if you as me his service guy better get on the ball. Ha ha Been trying to buy extra bottles and treats to help with my $400 trouble I caused being the only family to notice. We do drink a lot of water. The lady behind the counter explained the ice creams they had and which cones they had. They have regular, chocolate covered with sprinkles, and chocolate covered with nuts. The rich cream, fresh strawberries and whipped cream were a treat sent straight from the heavens. As we walked in the sweet girl handling the ice cream was washing her hands and I appreciated that. She was fast to make our treats and her customer service was genuine. My husband ordered a Oreo milkshake and it was AMAZING. It just totally blew us away! On my way out I ordered a frozen chamangato add to my michelada for later on in the evening.Trust me, eat here!"
