"Really cool place in downtown Gilbert. Very trendy fun environment. Our server was super friendly and attentive. The decor was really nice and all the staff seemed fun and upbeat. The food was pretty good. Maybe a little more visually appealing than it tasted, however. But definitely not bad. My wife had a few of their tacos - the pork adobada, the standard, and the crispy fish. The positive was they were generous with the meat, but it was a bit salty. I had the green chili chicken burrito. It was pretty good. But also thought it was a bit salty, and couldn't taste the chorizo in it. We also the flinstone churro. That we were not a fan of. It was really dry and hard.Overall, pretty cool spot. Would definitely go back."
"Now these tacos are nothing like San Diego (or Mexico), but for Arizona, I would say these are top tier. My boyfriend told me that the tortillas are freshly made by hand, and they are near perfect -- so good! He ordered a chicken and two carnitas tacos, I got a fish, carnitas and barbacoa taco, and we got the chicharrones. I will say that the tacos were very oily, as in dripping, but that also adds some flavor. The fish taco, which also had a rich crema, and the barbacoa tacos were my favorite. The carnitas taco was also tasty, but I had a lot of fat pieces, which my boyfriend is more a fan of. The chicharrones had a kick to them, but were so crunchy and delicious. We each had a Jarritos to drink, but their beverages sounded enticing. We also sat outside since it was so nice out, but I would like to dine in because the establishment looks cute. It is a pretty open and inviting space. I definitely want to come back and try other food on the menu, as well as come back for the chicharrones."

"They have happy hour all day Wednesday. We got two mocktails. I got the strawberry 1 and my friend got a spicy 1. Mine had a bit of spice but it was good. We got guac to start. It was delicious. They give you the chips in a brown bag which me and my friend thought it was weird. We asked for a bowl and the worker gave us a weird look that we asked for a bowl. We wanted it for the chips. I got the skirt steak and it was delicious. Also got the Korean chicken and that was horrible. Like the first bite was horrible then the second bite was good and it was horrible again. My friend got a steak taco and a fish taco and she liked them both."
"I had an impromptu lunch here a few weeks ago with a friend, and while it wasn't my choice to come here, the food was a pleasant surprise.I was in the area and needed a lunch spot and asked my friend to choose, so this is where we ended up.We walked in, and this place was packed with people, so that's a good sign! Means meals are being made and lots of them! Which usually means fresh! I, unfortunately, have some tummy issues, and for some reason, there seems to be a pattern that when I do eat spicy Mexican, things start to go awry. I love Mexican, but my tummy puts up a protest, so I try to limit my intake.Anyhow, I was a little worried I would have a flare up, but I tried to stay positive. What caught my eye was the special of the day of tamale de elote. I love tamales and usually can handle those as they tend to be milder and you can choose to add spicy or not. I think this dish came to $8.95 or so and came with 2 tamales, rice, beans and chips and salsa, and the portion was large.I really liked the tamale de elote and had lunch for the next day too and no tummy flareup! Win-win! This is a grab and go place with some seating inside and outdoors. I'd definitely come back for their tamales again!"
"I'm from California and really missed the Taco trucks out there. When I found Maskadores I was really happy because the food is really good and I had been so disappointed at other Mexican food places. I would have to say this place is one of my favorite!! I highly recommend it and the people are very friendly."
"Hidden gem! Straight out of Mexico.. Little place in the corner, very authentic. Self made tables & trash can, not a problem. Ordered 2 Carne asada tacos on flour tortillas. came out quick with a roasted jalapeño! YESSalsa was good.give this place a try, walk past the new corporate taco place.. come here"
"Great, personable service in a spotless setting topped with some excellent food. This is definitely a great place to check out and eat at when in the area."
"Great tacos! The birria is where it's at! It is so juicy and well-seasoned, and is filled with toppings. The Cuban Crisis was also delicious. I had bites of my husband's Captain Jack, Middle East, and Rosta Man, and they were all so different from one another and so tasty. I really appreciate the unique, creative flavor profiles of each because so often, tacos can all blend into one and you can't tell them a part, but looking back, I can distinctly remember the taste of each. We also got the fajitas for our baby and those were great (we ended up eating them, of course), and the elote bites are a fun little snack. The place is pretty casual, colorful, and young. The dude running the place is awesome and was so welcoming. He kept making faces at my baby, which is always appreciated. Overall, it did not disappoint and it was well worth the long drive! Go with a big appetite and try all of the things!"
"What a fun place to visit, the ambience is very chill and laid-back. The staff is very friendly, and there are a lot of people that brought their families and dates and businesses. We got the barbecue sandwich. It was most delicious along with the blueberry lavender and chocolate chip waffle ice cream we were so full afterwards it was a perfect portions. We sat right by the outdoor patio next to the window and had a view of the patio and outdoors such a cute and pleasant experience will definitely be back."
"Food, service and ambiance. Delicious posole, flavorful and spicy, but not too spicy. The meatloaf sandwich also very good. Portion is generous. Perfect for lunch. The bread is a green Chile sourdough!"
"Once again, Dilla Libre Uno did an amazing job with a large order. Thanks to the amazing cooks in the back and Zach up at the front, they handled our order to perfection. The ordering process is super easy and each selection had substitution options along with any additional charges clearly noted. Our order came out on time, hot and labeled properly. And the chips that day were soooo good!!! They were light and perfectly fried. We love ordering from Dilla Libre because their menu has something for everyone. From tender carne asada, seafood, vegetarian to vegan, there is something to please everyone. And it's just fabulous food! The restaurant is full of lucha libre decor and murals. Such a great atmosphere and fun place to take visitors from out of town."
"Their birria taco is so yum!Their price is good and the food is yum.I'd always go for birria tacos, this time I ordered a regular taco- it was good, but can't beat their birria taco. Portion is good and they put good amount of meat. Yummmm :)"

3 stars because I love this place however the last few times I've came the tacos ( carne asada ) is cold . Tortillas are cold too! Service is very good. I love the bartenders and the atmosphere is nice!!Also I told them it was cold , sent it back ( I hate this) And it came back cold lol!! The meat is cold ... it's a taco I expect it to be hot, not cold. It's a taco

CRUjiente TacosThis has been on my list for some time, located in the former bar/restaurant "The Grind".Reviewed and visited by Guy Fieri from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.Stopped by on a wim looking for something to eat around 8 pm on a Tuesday (Taco Tuesday). Was crowded and was behind another couple, ironic thing was we starred at 2 empty tables for four, the couple ahead of us was seated in a half circle booth and then we were later seated in one of the 4 seat tables. Go figure. We ordered Tacos and the Queso, the only taco discount on Taco Tuesday are the hard shell tacos with $1 off.We ordered the beef taco, hard shell, which comes with cheddar jack cheese, pico de gallo and house hot sauce which I declined. Have to say, I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend. Also ordered the soft tacos- Korean Fried Chicken that had cabbage, pickled jalapeños, gochjang and mojo de cebollin, pretty good depends on your taste buds.Last taco that we ordered was the grilled pork belly which had fingerling potato salad, red curry, green onions and jalapeños. Was delicious but I thought it was 3rd best of the three. The Queso comprised of chorizo, roasted poblano, onion and cilantro with chips. Good combination, the dish the queso was served in was very thin, didn't seem like a whole lot of queso. The decor in the restaurant seemed exactly like it was when it was "The Grind"Besides the wait to be seated, service was good, the restaurant at 8:30 pm seemed to clear out quickly. Overall, glad I finally got to try the restaurant, if you are there to be seen, this is your place, otherwise it was a slight disappointing.

Elmers Taco, we love and only love! Located in the heart of Chandler downtown, this Taco joint has history and heritage. The place is small with outside seating. The menus are displayed on the screen. They have Taco Tuesday's. We usually go for breakfast burritos and tacos! My favorite is their el pastor tacos. The service is fast and food is served in disposable containers. Highly recommended.

Amazing food. Consistent on quality. One of my favorite spots to get tacos in the valley! My go to are the red chicken street tacos. Excellent.

I've been to this place multiple times. In fact it is on our weekly rotation because it is THAT GOOD. We have gotten their carne asada before which is also really good, but we order chicken most of the time. The chicken is very crispy and flavorful. Their flour and corn tortillas are always fresh and so good. We love the guacamole, the rice, beans and the sauce that comes with it. The owner is friendly. They have plenty of seating inside. This place is located right next to the Dollar Store.

We wanted to get some tacos and one of my friends suggested this place. Located in the inside streets of downtown chandler, this place is big. Also, they are open late night if you want to grab some food after partying. It was a Sunday night and the place was empty, may be coz it was a Sunday. We sat at the bar and I ordered a OG margarita along with shrimp and a fish taco. They have a fresh salsa bar too. The service was quick, the margarita was decent. The tacos were just alright and lacked the authentic flavors. Somehow it didn't meet the expectation. The place has a very hippy vibe. The prices are a little expensive, one taco was about $6-7 depending on the meat. Overall, it is an okay place.

""Tacos Veganos" means exactly what you think it does - you're about to imbibe upon some vegan tacos (and other typical Mexican food staples). You place your order at the cashier and then they will call your order number when your order is ready. So that's the cue to go pick up your delicious meal!Every time I have been to Tacos Veganos, I have opted for tacos... and will continue to do so! The Al Pastor and Quesa Birria are my two favorite gluten-free "meats" and both truly addicting!I don't normally crave vegan food, but I do crave tacos... and when my vegan friends want to go to Tacos Veganos, then I will always be a "yes!"Overall rating:*****FIVE STARS*****Gluten-free rating:****FOUR STARS****"
"Don't let the small menu and Tacos Calafia scare you away as the tacos here are pretty legit. They are street tacos, so I suggest you order at least three. I decided on four care asada (other protein choices include al pastor, pollo, cabeza, and nopales) tacos with corn tortillas. While I waited for my order, I decided to stock up on their salsa to get some onions, cilantro, hot salsa verde, lime wedges, and grilled jalapenos. My tacos were tender and had decent amount of flavor to them. Definitely hit the spot! If I lived in the area, I could see myself coming here for HH and Taco Tuesdays to take advantage of their specials."
"Q: What did the taco say to the burrito?A: Where have you bean!?It's National Taco Day and Taco Tuesday! And what better way to celebrate, besides getting tacos later of course, than to talk about this delicious spot out in Mesa, AZ?Now this place ain't bad. I really loved how big the menu is. I got the Hot Cheeto Taco Plate which had two tacos for $9.99. I was mainly sold on the Hot Cheetos and nacho cheese part. I figured it would make a good TikTok video too. You're welcome, my five followers on TikTok. Haha!I also got to nibble on my friend's carne asada taco and took a chomp out of the Sonoran dog. Good stuff all around. I would love to go back and try some of their other items like the fish taco and some quesatacos con consommé.The Mexican food here is pretty (M)excellent! Two thumbs up!"
"6/29/24: OMG, was Rito's good! They won the trifecta: superb service, delightful decor, fantastic food. If you have not tried Rito's Crown location, you are missing out on mighty fine food.Long version: we wanted decent Mexican food for lunch and we definitely had that at Rito's. Off the bat, there is a large parking lot to the east of the complex. We arrived around 2:30 or so and there was also plenty of street parking. Could be a totally different story for dinnertime. It is not a huge restaurant but it is well designed on the inside (seating and decor), plus they have a nice sized patio on the west side of the building. The picture shows umbrellas; I did not notice misters. Needless to say, we opted to sit indoors to escape the heat.Chips & salsa were deposited onto the table within seconds of being seated, shortly followed by water. Bonus: they did not bring straws with the water. I did get one with the horchata, EXTRA BONUS: it was compostable! That's a great thing in my mind. The horchata? Some of the best I have had, and I have had it from many different restaurants because I love it.Our server, Missy, was pulling double duty as the bartender. Amazing. Not only was she funny and polite, but she did not even have to write down our order; kept it all in her head -- and did not screw it up. She absolutely deserved the 20% tip. The other servers were also punctual with water refills and clearing off our plates; I wonder if they receive a portion of the tip ... ?This complimentary chips were thick & crispy (they paired well w/ my side of beans). We ordered quite a bit because we wanted leftovers for dinner. The crispy beef and crispy chicken tacos were great (although I did nab some of my sisters sour cream to dab on them), and the side of beans were so good. My sister's three way burrito was huge and well seasoned. If you see her plate there is hardly any room left on it, thanks to the heaping sides of beans and rice. I highly recommend Rito's Crown location."
"Came here directly from the airport, prior to the hotel, had to see the hype around the birria ramen, and it did not disappoint. The birria ramen is to die for, the right amount of oil, cilantro, cebolla, and like on the side, with massive chunks of birria. I got the combo with the ramen and 2 birria tacos, the birria tacos were good, not the best I've had, but solid good tacos. If I make it back to this spot I'm definitely trying the tortas, the pics online for the tortas look divine. On Tuesdays they do $2 street tacos, which is a great deal. I remember the days when tacos were only $1.50 at the taco truck lolGreat aguas frescas, the jamaica was the best Jamaica I had in a while!"
"I came in because I was telling people about how awesome this place was yesterday and I decided to stop in today. Today, I had a corn carne asada mulita because they are 15% off on Wednesday's. The gentleman at the counter was again so friendly and helpful, Love this place!"
"Very large and tasty carne asada burrito... The green salsa is drinkable it is SO good. The carne asada bowl is also nice and comes in a fried tortilla bowl. Friendly service and nice ambiance for a taqueria."
"Tacos this style are common in the area but hard to execute. This location hits the mark and will be my go-to. Love the carne asada and the vibes. Staff very friendly and prices are good.Made it just in time for happy hour and got 2 for 1 margaritas. For 7 bucks can't beat it and the chamoy and Tamarind straw put it above and beyond.I ordered 3 tacos and went back for more, fortunately they are very quick to turn around and I didn't wait long for the second order."
"We love us some torchys. First ate there in Dallas. My sister attended TCU and was hooked. Back then it was the hillbilly queso. The tacos are fun and unique and the kids meals are great prices. We love the Mexican coke there and all the variety of crazy tacos!"
"The Grande Burrito was just as advertised: Grande haha. It was huge, filling and delicious. The restaurant was very clean, spacious and the warm lighting was comfortable. The staff members were also friendly and patient. I'm not really one to fret over a service worker's smile but the girl who took my order felt like she was giving me a genuine one even at the end of her shift."
"This is still my favorite taco shop when I want quick, consistent tacos or burritos. Used to go to the one in Scottsdale all the time...so glad there is one close to me again! Came today and had my "usual" which is the chorizo breakfast burrito w red salsa. Husband had the machaca breakfast burrito w green salsa. I love how cheesy and delicious these breakfast burritos are and I really love how spicy the red salsa is! My favorite part of Los Favs is how you know it's ALWAYS going to be good...it's consistent and delicious no matter when you go, or which location you check out. This particular location is really clean and big, lots of space to eat inside if you want to eat there...it was packed this morning which I think speaks volumes to how good it is! Can't say enough how excited I am that I'm close to another Los Favs!!"
"Amazing food, amazing service. This review doesn't give this place any justice. They are very welcoming and you can tell they care about their business reputation and their customers. We are repeat customers. They even gave us a rose for Mother's Day! So sweet."
"It's a clean biker bar with football on the screens, 2 pool tables and a patio on the East side of the building ( someone went against tradition ... Thankfully!)I had one of the best burgers I've ever had!My friend was not happy with her potatoes..."
"This tiny food cart situated in downtown Gilbert offers mouth watering carne asada tacos and other traditional favorites. After leaving one of the bars on a Friday night, this taco stand hit the spot. They have a few tables set up next to their stand which is nice and our order came out fairly quickly. I ordered three carne asada tacos and my friend opted for the nachos. The carne asada was flavorful and these were probably some of the best street tacos I have had. The nachos were good considering they had the carne asada and fresh toppings on top but the nacho cheese and chips were nothing special. There were also a couple of salsa bottles on the tables as well. All in all Midnight Tacos is wort trying and I believe they have an actual location in Gilbert which I will definitely try to stop by."
"My personal experience was excellent. Customer service was great, great menu selection of unique taco choices. It's a casual vibe in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. The chicken and waffle is where it's at for me. Tacos held great in flavor, fresh veggies and toppings with house made sauces to elevate these tasty tacos. I'm definitely coming back for another visit. I need to explore more"
"I just ordered two Sonoran hotdogs via Uber eats and even though they're 20 minutes from my hotel they were delicious. All ingredients were fresh, the bread was perfect, the toppings were well packaged and not spilled everywhere. BEST Sonoran Hotdogs in Phoenix!"
"Awesome tacos!!! We stopped in for lunch. Group of four and first time for each. It's a fast food style place where you order and grab a seat if you're dining in. The service was friendly and the food cake out quickly. The restaurant has a simple layout with limited seating but takeout is also an easy option. Our entire group was super happy with their order and vowed to return soon. Enjoy!!!"
"So me and my girls were driving from the airport and we were looking for anything that was open during curfew. The carne asada fries caught my friends attention so we pulled up. It was very hole in the wall vibes and we fucked with that so we went right in. The menu was easy to read, the staff was attentive and answered all our questions with what went inside the burrito, fries, and different salsas. They told us the fries is what would bring us back so we went ahead and ordered 2 carne asada fries, a mini carne asada quesadilla, plenty of tacos and a case of beer. While we waited we ended up grabbing extra snacks---they legit have the best selection of just about anything you'll need for the week/weekend.Sooo if you're around the area stop here, maybe you'll catch us there tomorrow! 10/10 recommend"
"Before I write my review, I want it to be known that the review posted yesterday is clearly fake. The profile has no reviews other than the one they wrote and what they said about the carne asada is completely false. Yelp's automated review filter failed miserably on that review.------ I wish I would've taken photos before the food was devoured but goodness gracious this was the best carne asada burrito and carne asada papas fritas I've ever had.Prices were reasonable, portions are fantastic. We tried pollo quesadilla, carne asada burrito and carne asada fries and we thoroughly enjoyed it all.The combination of lime and seasonings made this a fantastic meal I will continue to crave. The owner was extremely nice and personable and we are very happy to have been able to support a small business. We cannot wait to return for more!!"
"Food is great quality, fresh, and I've not had a bad experience with their food. I usually use the drive through more but nothing is better than great Mexican food at a great cost."
"Interesting concept. Kind of like a chipotle for soup. You pick a soup base, then add protein and veggies to make it your own. I enjoyed the beef, chicken and cooked Spinach with mine. Only complaint was a big bowl for 2 ladels of soup broth. Good flavor."
"My husband and I had been wanting to try this spot for a while, so he made the drive to get us takeout. After browsing the menu, I went with my usual go-to which is chicken enchiladas and my husband went specifically for the Mexican pizza! Last minute, we added an order of chips and queso. The chicken enchiladas were good but that rice was on point, so good! Glad that I got double rice and no beans. The green sauce was good, only mildly spicy. I would get this again. My husband enjoyed his choice also. The pizza was much larger than we were expecting. The meat was cooked well and it had a bite with all the jalapeños! There was plenty leftover. Skip the chips and queso though. There was very little queso, mostly just chips. And I'm also not sure why they put it on top of the chips. If the queso was on the side and maybe if there was salsa too, I wouldn't have been quite as disappointed, especially given the cost.Overall, the entrees were good. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to try more items in the future!"
