"I bought a Living Social deal for microdermabrasion and facial. When I called to schedule my appointment, I learned that the spa is only open from 8-5 M-F, and one Saturday per month from 8-1. Twice I tried to schedule a Saturday appointment; however, each time I was told that they weren't sure which Saturday they would be working and that I would receive a return call. Of course that never happened. I finally just took a day off of work to take care of a bunch of things, including getting this service. My appointment was at 1pm, but at 10am I got a phone call saying they needed to reschedule because the person doing my facial called out. Considering I took off of a work to have this done, I was highly annoyed. I went ahead and rescheduled for a Saturday -- yes, that's right, a Saturday, which they could never seem to schedule ahead of time before. But two minutes later I got another phone call saying they called in a replacement to do my facial. My facial itself was good, and the staff was nice upon my arrival. However, due to their limited hours, I probably won't be going back."
