The Yummiest Arcades in Mesa

First time at Mavrix for a business event. This is not the type of bowling alley that I remember. Guess I would describe it as a bowling alley, bar, restaurant, arcade, and a private event venue. They had a nice hosting space for events consisting of 8 bowling lanes, a bar set up, appetizers and a meeting room. Got a chance to look around and impressed with the amenities. Have not tried the menu, so need to put that on my bucket list.

Night Owl is a 5/5 for me, and I would go back again, and again! I love a good casual spot with some top tier bar food. My boyfriend and I sat outside, which was a nice patio area with misters during this heat, but there is an indoor area with a bar that has more of a different and louder vibe. There are also screens in the outside patio area for all the sporting events.The Ziggy fries (garlic truffle parmesan) were crispy and flavorful. These actually tasted like they were tossed with garlic parmesan instead of it being a last minute addition. We ordered 12 wings with buffalo and Ziggy sauce on the side. The wings without the sauce were just as good! They were also very crispy and flavorful and HUGE so shoutout to Night Owl for not being stingy. The Ziggy sauce is sweet with a little tangy kick, and I was a big fan. We also got three pies by the slice: Maui Waui, Pineapple Express and So Fresh and So Clean. I'm typically not a huge pizza person, but I annihilated my slice. My boyfriend got an Old Fashion, which he is a fan of and said Night Owl's is really good, and I got a mule. I'm sad because I wanted a guava cider and literally less than a minute later, the waitress said they ran out! The waitress was really sweet and attentive, and the food came out fairly quickly! Big fan of this place and can't wait to go back.

Great family fun with a little adult hideaway inside the space. Great staff, good food and good prices.

This place is COOL! Service was great! Wish I remembered the lady behind the bars name, she was so nice and friendly. Gave us a free taste of some mystery mix in the frozen machine at the 1st level bar. Not sure what it was supposed to be but, she didn't know either We ordered the pretzel with cheese and taco tator tots. Both were delicious, specially loved the pretzel and cheese. We didn't play any games on this visit but will be back another day to play. Will be back

We had a good time here. There was a machine malfunction or two but staff responded quickly and took care of it. I would come back

All I have to say is wowwwww !!! I stumbled across this place looking for change to tip another establishment as they, didn't allow tipping on the receipt. This place looks like a fun time as they have Sunday Brunch with televisions throughout for watching the Game. Randy the chef, was setting up a buffet style menu in preparation for today's event which also btw... is EVERY SUNDAY! PRICES VARY but the VIP area, has comfortable seating and ranges starting at $150 which, includes a bottle and mimosas juices. I didn't have a chance to stay and try the food but I'll return and report backI did receive a mimosa as a test drive which, passed my test as, I had to catch an Uber home.( Drink responsible please)I hear that on Wednesday nights is game night so I'll have to try out and also report back on that as well! This place is wonderful and has so many choices of goodies we walked in and were in love it was the best ever so much fun on a Friday night best time ever
