C & J Jumpers Bounce House And Waterslide rentals

Great customer service and experience!! Everything was perfect! We ordered a large water slide, 7 round tables, 50 chairs, and 3 kid tables. Everything looked great and the pickup/drop-off experience was seamless.

We had done a lot of research on different companies, and C&J was on the top of our list. They actually called us back within 1 hour unlike the other companies were 2-3 days. C&J had great deals and very professional on the phone and in person with set up and removal. We celebrated a 7 Y/O birthday and had a 13X13 jumper, 3 tables, 18 chairs, and a snow cone machine all for an amazing price. All the kids had so much fun that made all the adults smile. C&J Jumpers quality was the best we have seen in a long time. The equipment was all clean and not worn out at all. We gave the guys a nice tip and asked them to share with the loader also. Thanks again it was great and will be calling again.

Very professional and courteous. Dropped it off early and picked it up first thing the next day. Inflatable was very clean and they secured it well and placed a huge tarp under it which saved my grass. Some places don't do that. The kids had a fabulous time!

I booked the jumper about a month prior and was told the jumper would arrive about an hour before the party, Great.Come day of the party (when I have no time to cancel and find someone else) I am told they are not loading the trucks until 11am I was not given an ETA! They showed up around 1:30 about halfway through my party. Charged me full price. I will never use this company again and you should not either. Totally unacceptable and horrible customer service.

C&J Jumpers were a class act, after one of the big box party stores flake on us they came thru. The set up crew was fast, professional, and organized. They were in setup and out within 30min. equipment was clean and in outstanding shape. they even wiped everything down before they left. Anyone who know how stressful it can be planning a children's birthday party can appreciate. Your so busy doing other things that your time becomes extremely valuable. The slide was the hit of the party. We will definitely use their services again. they did such a great job I gave them a tip$$$ after they were finished taking slide down.GREAT JOBArmyroaddog

I found C and J after calling several other companies whose customer service and prices were less than stellar. Right from the start, Debbie made me feel like our event mattered to them. She was so kind and enthusiastic about helping us find the right jumper for our party and the great service didn't stop there! The communication going forward was wonderful! A week prior to our event, Debbie called to confirm that the event was still on and ensured that we were all set to receive our jumper early Saturday morning well before guests were to arrive. A couple days before our event, I received another call stating that there were other parties in the area that needed their items dropped off Friday night and would we mind having our jumper an extra night at no additional charge? Umm, yes please!!! The driver Jesse and his helper were great! They texted just as promised and showed up on time for both drop off and pickup. Their set up, which included a thorough cleaning of an already IMMACULATE jumper, was efficient and the instructions were simple. My kids had an AMAZING time and the price was easily the best in town!! This is the company you are looking for!

We rented the monster truck obstacle course. Customer service was great and response time was fast. Pick up and drop off were right on time. I would definitely use C and J jumpers again!

Let me start off by saying this was my first experience with renting a bounce house. The customer service is great! They are super friendly. Debbie is amazing!! The delivery people are amazing. I highly recommend renting from c & j jumpers!

Thank you C & J for allowing us to book a jumper on short notice.The two young men, Christian and his friend gave me a heads up when to expect them onsite and when they will pickup. Which I appreciated since the location wasn't at my home. They set up, disinfectant the jumper before and after use. Very respectful and courteous. Plus, the price was reasonable as well as the delivery change since they drove out of their way to set up the jumper.Book them for your next party and don't forget to tip! They deserve it.
