I found out about "By The Bucket" on facebook, having seen several reviews over time. The majority of the comments were great, and I couldn't wait to give it a try. When I placed the order online, I got an immediate confirmation, and another message when it was ready for pickup. I picked up the order, quick & easy. When I got home, I noticed a minor discrepancy, which can be expected in todays world as busy as we all are. I did not want to call, knowing that they were busy when I was in, so I emailed them, and asked for the difference to be credited to my account for a future order. I was surprised to receive a response within less than 5 minutes (during the busy dinner hour!) and they offered compensation way above and beyond. Since then, I have heard from Ed & Connie on several occasions, as they have called to see how our order was and if we enjoyed dinner, again way above & beyond.We have been in 2-3 times a month since our first visit, and would be there even more if it were closer to home. (Would be great to see a location open in Downtown Chandler!)

The food is good but the hours are super limited and ordering online we don't always get confirmation that our order has actually gone through. We've tried calling to check but no one ever answers. Not the best location in the Valley but it's the closest to us so we will keep returning since it's not so bad we won't go.The meatballs are a family favorite!!

Food was delicious! Even the pickiest of eaters enjoyed it! It was perfect for our group of 20. Everyone had plenty to eat and leftovers. It was very affordable and the owners were so friendly and helpful with ordering.

This is a great place if you have a group to feed. Great for family of 4-6 people! I suggest ordering then picking up!

Drove by the Gilbert location and put it in the back of my mind. Finally decided to go in and give it a shot.Spaghetti was tasty, kids loved it. Fettuccine Alfredo was excellent as well. I had the Chicken Parm sandwich which was good, but I prefer more chicken to sauce ratio. Garlic bread was a great side kick with our pasta. We also tried the tiramisu and chocolate chip cookie and both were delicious. Honestly one of the better tiramisu I have ever had. Service was great, owners were very kind and helpful. Your receipt also gets you a free shaved ice at the store next to the shop! Not much seating but I believe most people get it to-go.

Delicious and well packaged for delivery. The sauce is on point, and the pasta is perfectly cooked. No mushy pasta here!!

I like the catchy name and logo so tried this new place out. The fast spaghetti concept is great and I had my spaghetti, garlic bread and meatball sub within 5 minutes of my order and it was busy.Prices are reasonable and the 6 inch meatball sub is filling with large meatballs.I subtract one star for no seating in or outside(a few tables and chairs even outside would be nice)and the spagh & sub could use some more veges like onions, olives etc. and condiment seasonings.Recommended for fast, tasty spaghetti and meatball subs.

My wife and I were looking for something easy and different and saw "By The Bucket" we were instantly intrigued and had to try it! The food is warm, always fresh and absolutely amazing for 20.00 my wife and I have dinner and leftovers.The service is amazing and the owners are always fun to joke and laugh with. It's a small 2-3 person operation and they work hard, support this local business the ambiance is nice and there are a couple places to sit and eat if interested. We are huge fans and order here 1-3 times a month whether it's in person or delivered!

AMAZING! That's all I have to say is amazing. From the food to the service all around amazing. These guys know what they are doing and it definitely shows. I ordered the medium bucket with meaty marinara and it was delicious. 10/10 meal for sure. The girl that was working was very nice and helpful and asked if I needed utensils and Parmesan. She gladly put them in my bag and sent me on my way. If anyone is reading this far thank you, but seriously go order from this place now!!! If you are feeling a meal made with love, go get something from By the Bucket because this place is great. Thanks!!! Will definitely be ordering again and again and again!!
