"Chisme" means gossip, so yeah, let's spill the tea!I recently got to try Britt's Cafecito y Chisme at The Merchantile Market's Spring Soirée. Their stand was THE stand to get drinks at. The line was long, but the drinks came out fast.I ordered The Barbie, which was a gorgeous and vibrant pink drink with dragonfruit and mango. While a hydrating beverage on this warm 93°F Saturday, this drink was super sweet. Super syrupy drinks aren't my favorite, but hey, I needed liquids, okay? This is a great local business with the friendliest staff. What's also cute is that they have a chisme box for you to jolt down some words. It's fun, the drinks are cute, and I would definitely order from them again at the next event I see them at!

As a small business vendor myself, I've had the chance to try a few drinks at Britt's. I tried the lavender iced latte, the iced matcha with strawberry cold foam and another refresher drink. The presentation is absolutely beautiful and unique. The edible flowers, butterflies and other toppings are such a nice touch. I enjoyed the matcha latte but I was a bit let down by the lavender latte, as the coffee had a very bitter aftertaste. I'm particular about my coffee so I'd next time stick with a matcha or one of the refreshing lemonades. Britt was very sweet and provided great service , I'd love to try more of her drinks in the future.

Chisme means "gossip", so here's the coffee...and the tea.Britt's., I believe, is a specially event and pop-up coffee spot. On this day, I found them at San tan village during the local holiday outdoor market. The staff was very nice, the names and ingredients of the drinks witty and interesting, and business was booming. For a cooler day in december, it was a little bit disappointing that they had very limited hot beverages. I opted for a Papa Noel, which was an eggnog iced latte with vanilla cold foam and rose petals. It was very visually appealing. However, I didn't taste any coffee in this at all. The drink tasted like a vanilla milk on ice. I believe for the $8 in change I paid for the drink, it was for the aesthetic. Honestly, I should have tried the Grinch RedBull like I initially intended, and this review may be different.I'm definitely one for supporting small business, and if I saw them again I would definitely try something else. This just wasn't a tasty coffee drink, in my opinion.
