Working 60+ hours a week, I don't have time to meal prep for the week. A coworker signed up for Brento box, and before we knew it, a group of us at work were all ordering. I have been ordering Brento Box for about a year now and I absolutely love it. It takes all the thinking out of meal planning for a busy week and I have something yummy to enjoy for dinner. I know I am eating a fresh, healthy meal, and it is delicious too! I never feel hungry after eating the meal, it is the perfect amount of food. It really sets me up for success for the week. I like that Brent will try new recipes but keep some favorites too. The protein balls are so good too! I learned about Brento Box when I saw a friend of mine post about it on Instagram, and I am so glad to have discovered it.
