I came here for a work function on a Thursday evening around 4:30. Since it was a weeknight and early, there wasn't anyone else there. My company had reserved at least four lanes for us. Like most bowling allies, this place was dimly lit with multi-colored lights/lasers and music that any age can get down to. Since this was a work function and not just friends out on the town, it was set up where we walked in and told a staff member what our shoe sizes were. We were brought our shoes super quickly and started bowling. We had a little bit of a hard time setting our names up into the system. You had to press multiple buttons and almost reverse steps just to go back to the screen to add more players. We eventually inputted everyone's name onto our lane, but still. They had pitchers of soda, water, and beer laid out for us, as well as a full nacho bar. The chips were mediocre and the taco meat was liquidy and I honestly thought Taco Bell's meat flavor was nicer than this. What can I say? I'm a simple gal with simple tastes. I was looking over their drink menu and they do have a wide variety of fruity cocktails that all sounded delicious, but I didn't feel like getting my wallet out, so I opted for the free soda lol.I'm sure if you came here with friends and got their other food, you'd enjoy yourself - as the other reviewers seemed to enjoy the food - but I was content with eating a little and then going home and actually eating a real meal.Other than the bland food, the service was great. There was a woman who came by and checked on us several times throughout the evening.

I love this bowling alley. The service is always outstanding and it's never too busy. The food and drink selection is great and everything is well kept. You can also make a reservation online should you be worried about the fall-spring crowds.

Great bowling alley , decent food, well stocked bar with capable bartenders. The lanes are always in good shape , if something breaks down their on it right away. They enough shoes for everyone. They always have socks . Service to the lanes is generally great. Hours are great , they are open late but are great for families too. Music is generally good a they are fairly priced.

First time visiting Bowlero and I was very surprised by how clean and organized this place is. They have a season pass that makes it more affordable to visit this place throughout the summer.Recommended for all ages

This bowling alley was great! Came here with some friends a couple of weeks ago. I'm not big into bowling, but the place was clean and staff was friendly. I had a great time. This is also close to Old Town Scottsdale so perfect after dinner activity. Especially in the summer when it is too hot to be outdoors for long.

The hospitality we received on our last visit will have us coming back again and again! I reserved the lane online and when we arrived my name was on our lane and towards the end they gave me a handwritten thank you card with coupons. So sweet! Clean, plenty of balls and great music play list! See ya soon, Bowlero.

The price is right, the staff are nice, perfect location - BUT the pins are on strings!? It's how they pull them back into place and as a result, you get almost no pin action. Really hard to pick up spares here and play a true game as a result.

I was charged for 36 attendees for an event, but only 28 showed up, resulting in a significant financial loss for our organization. The front manager's controlling behavior exacerbated the situation, leading me to pay the difference to avoid a confrontation. It remains unclear how an additional 8 people were accounted for, as they were not physically present at the event.
