Bowl 300 Pro Shops

My hunny wanted bowling gear for an anniversary gift. We met with Brandi, who listened to our experience level and goals, and recommended sensible gear. She then turned us over to Mike, who measured us and drilled our balls. We had a thoroughly great time, got some quality gear and had a lot of fun.

Huge selection of balls and any accessory you would need to go with. We went in to purchase a couple bowling balls and a bag (fun bowlers). Brandi was at the counter greeting us with a friendly smile. She directed us to the balls we were looking for, explained the process of having them fitted and drilled, then turned us over to Mike. He was just as friendly and informative about the measurements he was taking. Mike drilled the balls as we waited. The whole process, from picking out balls, getting fitted and having them drilled was roughly an hour. Time well spent. We had some good laughs, got everything we came in for, and had a fantastic experience. Really looking forward to getting on a lane and taking the new ball for a spin.

Not only are they very knowledgeable, and have state of the art equipment, Mike and Brandi are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Their training center and pro-shop is unrivaled in the State of Arizona.

This place is super awesome and the only place you can have a bowling lane *right there* that is part of the facility to try what you are buying and drilling if you think about it. Otherwise, you have to go get a lane at the adjoining bowling alley during some sort of cosmic disco ball situation and listen to TODAYS pop music. No one should be subjected to *today's* pop music.

Stopped in today to buy a ball for an up coming league. I was behind a could people in line so I knew it would be a wait. But funny thing is Mike Calderon make waiting fun, he makes you feel like a friend. Once my time was up he helped me find a ball an drilled it on the spot and I was on my way. Can't wait to try out this CRUX Prime. Thanks Mike my brother will be in soon. PS - I love the new Pomegranate Cider smell!

Buyer beware, the ball selection is good but beware of the ball fitting process. The shop seems more concerned with giving you what they want rather what you want. So if you are absolutely certain that the ball fitting is correct, do yourself a big favor and get a second opinion. To be 100% fair they did return my money but the customer service experience was terrible. I have never been talked down to like that. I am an experienced bowler, who knows what he wants. The attitude at this shop was not pleasant. It was like it is their way or the highway.

This place is like a training facility. They also have a wide variety of bowling balls and shoes and other accessories, very nice staff and This is a first Pro shop I've seen have bowling lanes and more than 30 oil patterns. This place is amazing it's self including the atmosphere.

Went today with my fiancé to get a ball of his own and the guy in there was super informative and welcoming. Not only did he teach us both a lot about the difference of bowling balls and helped us find a ball perfect for him and his style. Got a ball because of him and couldn't be happier with the service. We'll be recommending him to everyone we know!

I went back about a week ago to get a ball. The lady helping was so nice again. I walked in and told her what type of ball I wanted and asked what her suggestions were. She gave me a couple of suggestions and explained the differences in each balls and which ones she suggested and didn't suggest. She was super super nice again and gave me time to thing about which ball I wanted to get. When I did end up getting the ball she got my name and other things and added it to a profile. I am not 100 percent sure but I am pretty sure they have this so if you go back you don't need to get your hand sized again. When the man came out to measure my hand he was also super nice. I had read reviews that he was rude to customers or didn't give them what they wanted so I was a little nervous but he was one of the nicest people. He measured my hand with a bowling ball and holes and went in to the shop to drill it. About 10 minutes later he came out with my drilled ball with finger holes. He told me the best way to care for the ball and I was on my way. Overall a 100/100 experience.

Wow the new location is beautiful. They have a state of the art training facility, beautiful classroom, and full service pro shop. The place is Massive! So many bowling balls, it's hard to choose. Mike, Bobby, and Brandi are very nice and knowledgeable about the sport of bowling.
