The most delicious Brisket Nachos. They had pickled jalapeños not hot just tasty. Quac , sour cream all kinds of cheeses. So much more plus they were huge maybe 3-4 people for this plate of ohhh so good! We ordered a burger to split and the nachos. Kinda funny because the half the burger I was full. We didn't know they bring you chips and salsa while waiting for your food. So much food! The salsa was fresh and just a little spicy so good. Chips were warm and fresh! The burger was a thick beef patty and cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and the sauce was yummy! Over all we should have just ordered one thing. We took home a huge container of nachos. I had to squish the lid down it was so full. The brisket was fall apart meat seasoned perfectly. Fries were yummy and their house dressing was good too. Bathrooms were clean. Server was really nice and checked on us many times. They have patio seating too. We sat right inside the door. They were hooking up sound for live music but we had a concert to get to. Great place to kick back just remember they have large servings. Prices oh my the Brisket nachos were $13.00, unbelievable! Prices and different special all week long. We will be back!

We made it back to Bourbon Jack's and it did not disappoint! My son wanted another chicken ice cream sandwich, but this time they said it was not in the menu anymore. So for this time our server asked the cooks if they could recreate the sandwich.... and they did!!! Thanks guys, you made our evening very fun. We love coming downtown.

Great service! The prices were very reasonable and the portions were as well. The food was solid A. Outside seating was perfect for Arizona in January. My friends and I were just a little early so we missed the live band but they were setting up. Maybe next time.

We came here with some friends Sunday night and had an amazing time! Our waitress Bethany was so much fun and we won a few hands at Music Bingo (my husband was so excited because he literally has never won anything!) The drinks (specifically the cookie dough shot) was a desert but one of the best damn desserts EVER We had such a great time and can't wait to come back!

Always a great time!!! The servers are amazing and they are always smiling and having a good time, so make it a good time for everyone and great place to have a few drinks and enjoy some music. Food is also really good, great for hanging out with friends and good times

Fryboard Fryday !!! Bourbon Jacks has THE MOST AMAZING FRY BOARD!!!! On top of the various amounts of fries they have 6 different ranch options that you could dip the fries in! Omgggg this blew our minds!!! We could eat this every single day that's how amazing it is! they also put on live country shows that you watch while you eat! Definitely a must, if you check out Downtown Chandler head to Bourbon Jacks you'll love the service and ambiance such a cool place!

Hi Jackie, it's been a year and finally decided to give this another shot. My wife and I live 5 minutes down the street. As I said previously, brought family in before. We were born and raised in Nashville and we absolutely LOVED this bar. I know The Stillery went in, but y'all saw competition and completely ran away from what you were. I walked in tonight, didn't even order a drink before I walked over to The Stillery, as did another group. Maybe I'm alone here, but this is not the same packed bar it used to be on any given Saturday. I implore you, get back to what you used to do so well.

It used to be a country bar.. not sure what happened. Good drinks and the ice cream shot thing is delicious. Little pricey but everything in the area is. Never tried the food.

What a great and open location, walking distance to many other bars, restaurants, and shopping spots. Easy parking. This place stayed open late for a quick catching up with friends and getting drinks/apps. Music playing was a great mix of everything from country-rock-90s/2000s.The menu is online with your typical bar foods. Highly recommend the dry rub chicken wings! Perfect spice and crunch! Bartenders were very professional, personable, and skilled with mixing. This place has a history in AZ! Just ask the bartender! Check them out!

My husband and I stopped by Bourbon Jack's last Sunday afternoon, and we couldn't have been more impressed! It is a smaller restaurant, but had a very welcoming ambiance. We had outstanding service, incredible food and drinks, and everything exceeded our expectations. Our server Maddie, was fantastic! Since it was our first time here, she took the time to walk us through the breakfast specials and also went over the other deals offered throughout the week. We're already planning to come back for the 50-cent wings on Wednesday! I ordered the sliders, and they were delicious. I can definitely see why every seat was filled in this place. The only thing we missed was the live band, but that just gives us another reason to return. We can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu!
