Bounce and Rebound

We had a toddler jumper and it was the perfect size for our 2 year olds birthday party! I Appreciate how clean the jumper was, how convenient it was to book online and when I had additional questions to call in someone was able to answer them. Delivery and pick up was very smooth and I would recommend this company to friends and family! Appreciate you guys!

For my daughters fifth birthday party we ordered 18 chairs, 4 tables & a bouncy house. Everything came on time and as mentioned. The delivery and pick up were speedy and efficient. The customer service was very sweet and friendly. They got in and out within 15-20 mins of setting up the bouncy house. It was huge, clean & all the stuff we rented was sturdy. We appreciate their service and had people asking who we rented our tables/chairs/bouncy house from and they had business cards available on the side of the house. They were a total hit & communicated thoroughly. I will be using them again in the future. Amazing business!

We have used this company for a few years now. They have not let us down so far and the set up and take down crew is always very nice. Love them have no complaints.

This was such a great company to rent from. The booking process was all online and super easy. They respond fairly quickly through text if you have any questions. Drop off and pickup were seamless. Our birthday party was a success with the 55' obstacle course. Thanks so much!!!

I was hopeful viewing their site and attempted to book online but the form wasn't operating properly so I tried giving them a call to ask some questions and book the water slide. The number only went to an answering system telling me to book online... Since the form wasn't working I couldn't book online and they gave no option to book over the phone I went with a different company. I'm a pretty basic mom, I've got three kids running around and a lot to juggle. I need what every other mom like me needs, easy and quick. Please check out your online form because if prospective customers can't book online or reach you to book over the phone you are losing tons of money.

My family and I have rented from this company for atleast 5 years now, they are always so friendly and kind. They respond to you quickly and always have what you're looking for available. They are quick with drop offs and pick ups, the bounce houses are always very clean and nice looking! Would recommend to anyone looking to rent anything, they have tables, chairs, wet and dry slides all sizes of bounce houses and other items.

I was definitely nervous about finding the right bounce house rental since it was my 1st time reserving one. If I had any questions they would always return my call and as the event got closer they were very communicative through phone and emails. They communicate pick up and drop off with advance notice. They are very professional and organized in the whole rental process. Bouncer did arrive clean as that was one of my main priorities. Prices were definitely reasonable compared to other bounce houses rentals. The discounted rates they offer when you do a bounce house for tables, chairs or anything else they have on their website are awesome. I will definitely be using them again!

We rented the tropical bounce house for a 10 y/o birthday. I messaged to get more info and received a prompt response, booked online, and called to confirm with a prompt response. Alek and Kylee did a great job communicating as well as super easy drop off and pickup. The bouncy house was a huge hit with the kids and very reasonably priced! Will definitely be contacting them in the future for more rentals!

The bounce house was disgusting. There was no wipe down or disinfecting upon setup. It was covered in dog hair, trash, and grass. I ran to the store to buy disinfecting spray and spent 30 minutes cleaning it. When they came to pick it up I asked why they didn't disinfect and was told they do it when they take it down. I watched them take it down without disinfecting. When I questioned this they said sorry and offered me a discount next time. There won't be a next time
