Bosa Donuts

Yeah, not a real welcoming ambiance. Storage items cluttered off to the side, coffee machine broken. It's like someone gave up on any pretense of caring to make a lobby experience something more than gas station-ish. Donuts are fluffy and taste great, better than average offerings. Just a shame there isn't a "we actually care" vibe.

Immediately upon walking in, the building was unclean and unorganized. There was no definitive line, and nobody (including the workers) could give me an answer as to where the back of the line was. I wasn't able to order anything as more than their donuts were gone by 10am but we could see full racks of them in the back. We ended up walking out with nothing. All around a very unfortunate experience, we will not be returning.

ZERO STARS!!! I cannot believe the experience we had at this Bosa donut shop! We will NEVER be returning! When you enter the shop, there is a decrepit wind chime that is strapped to the door handle that basically attacks you as you enter the door. The shop is filthy dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned for the last 15 years. The donuts in the case that are on display look stale. The icing on top is all cracked and it is blatantly obvious that these donuts have been sitting for a day or two. The shop stinks like burnt donuts and burnt grease. The whole atmosphere of this place is disgusting.We had received a Bosa donuts coupon in the mail and tried to use it here. We entered the donut shop and waited for about 5 minutes while the lady working here was in the back. She finally came out and when we presented the coupon, she snatched it out of our hands, flipped it around, and proceeded to slam it down on the counter pushing it back towards us with an extremely rude and arrogant attitude! She said, "I'm not part of the franchise!" She did not even offer anything of a comparable price or give us any other options. She didn't even give us any information on where the nearest Bosa donuts was located that would honor the coupon. Not to mention, they didn't even have a sign posted anywhere in the shop or in the window stating anything about not honoring coupons. Based off her nasty attitude, we will NEVER step foot into any Bosa donut location. We left and drove down the street to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and got something much healthier for breakfast. We even spent much more money elsewhere due to this lady's attitude. She is now a household saying, "The mean donut lady."As of June 2024, their health inspection rating is a D! Yes, a D health rating. How is this place still open to the public?!?! If anyone here has followed our reviews, you'd know that we frequent the East Valley area often and visit lots of different businesses. We like to try different food places while we are in town. Any and all Bosa donut shops (franchised or not) across the area can thank the mean donut lady at this location for not receiving our business.

Wish I would of went to the Cadence location. First off, like other reviews say it does not have a welcoming ambience. A loud big wind chime on the door. Lots of broken equipment and the chairs are all up on the tables at 3 pm in the afternoon. I had to ask if they were closing. They don't accept coupons. The lady was nice and the donuts were good, however we will not be back to this location.

Like all locations I've been to - Great donuts and breakfast sandwiches. But lots of downside at this one. - not clean- fake "out of order" sign on the restroom- no napkins- loud/rude man behind the counter- menu monitors that work sporadically I'd drive a few miles to go to a different location. Pretty mediocre experience

Well...my review is about the same as a lot of people who have reviewed. Walked up to the door and it was filthy worse than filthy. The windows were the same. The floor was the same. It smelled like burned grease in there. We were only in there 39-45 seconds and left. I was really looking forward to a donut for breakfast. We don't live near there so this was going to be a treat. Sprayed our hands with alcohol when we got to the car. The health dept needs to shut them down.

Keep your door locked during business hours? Was having a bad day and this was the one thing I was looking forward to. Thanks

Not prepared with the donuts. Limited on what was left in the case. Need to better prepare for rush and what people truly purchase

Yikes, this place is gross. The shop is filthy and the soda machine is out of order. Sitting area has been turned into storage, and it's an eye sore. This is everything we could see imagine what's lurking in the back!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Young girl serving was quiet but (I assume) owner was speaking another language to her and not a nice tone. Then I asked a question, and she was snappy. I ordered a dozen, asked for them to plz be divided (surprising grandchildren), the owner spoke in another language to girl(obviously telling her to charge me for two 1/2 dozen, not dozen. So I was charged $20 as opposed to $16! Not ok. Not a welcoming environment at all. First time customer and we won't be back.
