Your price on iced coffee large has gotten up I was told. Why does BoSa not reflect new prices?? You've posted other info like we now have milk tea. It's not up to your nice girls to have to explain to customers that prices have gone up without it reflecting on order board. Poor management in my estimation. It's not like you're remodeling. I'm sure there are customers that are not as nice as I was and I don't blame them. They think it's switch and bait. It's a business. $6.92 for a large iced coffee, no flavor add in?? Made up my min here..off to Starbucks!! They're a good price difference. Stick to donuts

As a donut fan it's a pleasure to visit new places and explore the local donut favorites. Bosa seemed like the place to check out based on the line at the door! The shop is pretty simple and that's okay because the donuts are delicious. I orders a dozen and IWant more . The chocolate is delicate and not tooSweet. The maple is the star of the show ! The raisedDonuts are very light and just melt in your mouth. The glazed is simple and perfect . Service was fast and friendly . Expect to pay just short of 20 bucks for a dozen .

First and foremost: their doughnuts are great! I'm a huge fan of their old fashioned and chocolate cake doughnuts. My husband personally reaches for their pink sprinkles or maple bars and loves them every time. However... order a breakfast sandwich and 75% of the time your order is wrong. For example: we usually get a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin with sausage, and a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with bacon. We rarely receive that. Just this weekend we ordered the sandwiches above, and got a croissant with sausage and an English muffin with bacon. This happens regardless of how clearly we try to order, ask them to repeat the order back to us, etc. If the darn things weren't so delicious we wouldn't go here. It's extremely frustrating to consistently receive the wrong order, even if the result is still palatable. If the manager happens to read this, hear my plea: TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO TAKE ORDERS CORRECTLY!

this place was so clean and the staff were so lovely, i got a small blended cappuccino and a cinnamon crumb donut both were delicious, the donut was soft and warm and the cappuccino was smooth and delectable overall experience was a 10/10 no compliments whatsoever

Best glazed donuts in AZ!! Service is always friendly...make sure to stop in and grab a dozen or 2

$4.09 for 2 basic donuts?!!! Incredibly expensive for average donuts. Not returning.

Don't order their Boston Creme donuts. On multiple occasions, we've had donuts from this Bosa that have WHITE FROSTING in the middle as filling and not proper custard like a normal Boston Creme donut. It's revolting. I don't know if they make this mistake often, but it's been at least three times in the past year.

How this location stays in business I will never know! From the unfriendly rude workers at the drive-thru to the unpleasant smell when going inside. How does a donut shop smell like stagnant mop water? Avoid at all costs!

Like someone else said, its Arizona but tell me about a better place to buy donuts? APPLE FRITTERS, OLD FASHION, PLAIN GLAZED & sorry but hate Boston cream and really love WHITE BUTTER CREAM filled donuts. So for price being expensive it appears average for bakery donuts. Do we really need them so cheap we eat them every day? Just saying, yes staffing is a issue everywhere thanks to china flu but haven't had any issues at this store and the girls there have gone out of their way to provide the best service and the most yummy fried dough ever. AMBIANCE? It's a donuts shop buy your stuff and get out out lol remember were trying to keep costs down?

In my opinion these are the best donuts and other pastries in the area. Freshly made. My only complaint is that they are often understaffed. I waited in line for 20 minutes the other day.
