Bosa Donuts

Terrible customer service.Ordered a glazed old fashion and warmed up ham & cheese croissant. The lady "helping" me, asked again while standing in front of case w/croissants if I wanted ham&cheese with or without jalapeno. I replied with just ham&cheese, please. To which she put a croissant in a bag and threw down on counter. Then went to donut case and asked if I wanted a maple or chocolate covered old fashion, to which I answered - just a plain glazed old fashion. She placed a donut in a bag, tossed on the counter. Then abruptly turned around and walked to the back. I don't know if it is their regular practice to collect payment on the order before putting it together (I was only customer there at the time - Sunday @7:45am) but please, at least get the order right. Especially since you are asking the customer to repeat their order again. Ended up with a plain, not glazed old fashion & a croissant with ham, cheese & jalapeno that I had to ask a different to please warm up. Hope you enjoy the 15% tip because it is the last of my money that I will spend at your establishment. This could also be the reason for a lack of customers at what is typically a busy time of day for donut shops.

This is one of the better Bosa Donuts. We normally order Boba Smoothies and they do a good job here. Yeah, I know it's a donut place. Their donuts are good, too.I wish this place had a drive through. That is more convenient. The good side is if you go in, you're able to see them make the smoothies and if there is something not right, you can say.They are friendly here, as well. I would recommend.

Plenty of parking. Clean facility. Friendly service. Many food and beverage options. Love the old fashioned donuts & blended drinks.

We stayed at a hotel nearby and came in to grab a breakfast sandwich. The donuts here are great and really fresh too. The coffee is also good. Everything was so good that even though we had free breakfast at our hotel we came here two days in a row!

My good friend said Arizona has the best Donuts, I'm from Hawaii...We have Duncan Donuts, Crispy Cream, Mr. Donuts, etc. Decided to try some. Oh my god, Big, Chewy, Soft and good. Yes...I would say this is the best I've tasted...Ok you guys beat Hawaii. Now the question is...Are you coming to Hawaii? Aloha, Derek

We often drive out of our way for this location because the service is that good compared to other east valley franchises. The only downfall is the lack of drive-thru and the parking in front isn't as plentiful, but that's a minor inconvenience.My husband and I will usually just order donuts: bear claws, apple fritters, anything maple, or berry also.

My son loves to stop here some times before school! They are always so chipper and happy to help. Donuts are moist and tasty. Also love the Vietnamese coffee!

DONUT BELIEVE THE MENUYou may want to ask if it's the real price on the menu. I got Bamboozled on the price of the THAI ICED TEA BOBA. The staff, instead of owning up to it and honoring the price, they tried to make up a half-witted excuse why the price was more.The menu sign clearly says THAI ICED TEA BOBA- 16oz $3.79 When it rung up over $5. I asked why? The lady didn't seem too sure. And then said, "It was with boba so it's an additional $0.99", as she pointed to the pricing indicated for smooties above the Thai Tea sign. I felt slighted in this interaction like I was dumb enough to believe the menu was not wrong. It's not a lot of money but it's the PRINCIPLE and I hate when businesses try to lie or trick customers, or justify something that's their fault. The lady proceeded to say she will let the owners know about the mix up. We shall see about that. Not returning until then

Good donuts and nice hours, open pretty late/early. They are out of a lot of common donuts fairly often

This is my favorite bosa! Their sandwiches are made well and their coffee is perfectly balanced between strong and sweet. I feel welcome and recognized when I walk into this bosa. Other bosa restaurants are lazy and rude, but this one is special.
