I've been coming to BodyFuzion for almost a year now. I went to train with Will after recovering from ACL surgery. My orthopedic surgeon suggested I get back to strengthening my knee and told me to beware of crossfit type places. I went and had my consultation and tried out BodyFuzion for a month. The first month was like torture because I was in such bad shape, but I continued and still continue to go 3x's a week for 45 minutes. The group fitness classes are small and personable. Will does a great job in modifying any movements for those who have or recovering from injuries. He keeps the classes intense, but not militaristic. He is also very helpful with tips on how to eat healthy and clean if you want to. He is also willing to let you change class times and days if something comes up and you can't make it (if there is an opening). Will cares about your overall health and knows when to push you and when to lay off. When I first started going to BodyFuzion my goal was to strengthen my knee and to tone up. I've met those goals and because of Will I've lost 2 dress sizes and have seen significant muscle tone. My overall health has improved and I feel strong enough to keep up with my 5 kids all under the age of 10. I'll take this feeling of good health and good living for working hard 3x's a week for only 45 minutes!
