1. The parking is plentiful, and it is shared with a number of businesses in the plaza where this tea shop is located.2. The oolong milk tea was wonderful. You can actually taste the tea unlike many places. I ordered the milk tea with a quarter sugar. It was made well, and tea is actually brewed rather than using powder tea.3. The decor is amazing. There is a high countertable island where you can get some work done. Likewise, there are tables and chair on the side, along with high countertable. On the other hand, the wifi does not work. The wifi network could not be discovered.4. The cashier was incredibly kind and respectful. He delivered his customer service well.5. The menu is well priced. My small oolong milk tea is less than $4 before tax, which is seemingly hard to find when most tea places are pricing their milk tea above the $5 mark, which I don't believe is worth it. You can actually make your own milk tea at home instead with just--- sugar, hot tea, milk, and ice.Happy drinking!

Nice boba shop next to Asiana Market and across the street from MCC in Mesa. Boba Tree Lin Tea House has a variety of boba beverages, including fruity bubble teas, milk teas, and dessert drinks. I am no boba expert and can't tell you if they are better than other boba places. But Boba Tree is a close drive for me and every time I have come here I have enjoyed my drink. Boba Tree is known for their cheese tea drinks. It is a mix of the savory flavor of a foamy cheese topping along with sweet tea to create a unique taste. The cheese tea wasn't for me, but I do appreciate that they use real fruit in some of their other teas. The staff has always been very friendly.

I was very excited to try this cute little place on my lunch break. The vibes here are very cool. It made me want to whip out a laptop and study while looking hot and mysterious. The service was satisfactory. Unfortunately, my Thai milk tea was very underwhelming. It tasted like straight milk. Milk with some Thai tea powder mixed in. The brown sugar tapioca was great, though! Despite that, I'd be open to ordering a different drink and giving this place a second try.

My mom recommended this place after going to H Mart. Turns out the boba place she wanted closed but this place was here. We decided to try it my mom got a strawberry milk shake with boba and of course I got my brown sugar milk boba. Have to see I enjoyed mine and as usual finished before I made it back to phoenix. The service was great especially as my mom can be difficult, the cashier was kind and patience. The atmosphere was plenty great with this heat they had ac cooler to keep the place cool and plenty of seating around.

Yummy yummy yummy. My 1st time Boba in Chandler & this place is loved by locals, I can tell. My Thai tea Boba was on point & my Moms Strawberry smoothie was delicious ( her report). We'll be back. Also it's right near the Good feet store.

I love love love boba tea and cheese foam. I was excited to see some more cheese foam flavors during this visit. I enjoy being able to customize the sweetness, ice, and toppings. The inside of this location is attractive and welcoming each time I visit. I will definitely be back during my next boba craving.

I used to really like here, but my recent two visits here were hmm.... not as good as before. It was nice to see new drinks and they have generous free drink coupon policy. (1 medium drink for 5 stamps and 1 large drink for 10 stamps)But their drink somehow tasted watery, I tried twice there to see, but both time my Oolong milk tea tasted pretty bland and watery. They used to make their milk tea pretty milky and rich, but not anymore. If you like more watery milk tea, you might like it, but wasn't for me.

This was one of my original go-to boba shops in Mesa. Before the pandemic, I used to love coming here to sit and drink boba while hanging out with friends. I thought they had a nice aesthetic with the décor they had on their tables (the posable art mannequins). My usual favorites here are their taro milk tea, caramel milk tea and occasionally their pudding milk tea. I've tried some of their cheese foam drinks before and it just wasn't for me. Unfortunately, with all the newer boba places in the area, I don't find myself frequenting this shop as much as I used to, but still try to stop by from time to time.

So usually I go to a boba spot across the street and I didn't realize they were closed. This was a nice unexpected surprise that I found boba tree very close by. I had a honeydew smoothie with boba and mmmm it was really good. Wasn't overly sweet which I enjoyed, the smoothie was nice and creamy and the boba tasted fresh. Overall it was a nice treat and would definitely try them again! Cute place inside as well, it was decorated nicely for Halloween.
