Boba Cutea

The drinks are pretty good for Boba. The cups are so cute and you get to take them home. I enjoy playing on the arcade machines and they have great prizes! They don't often have more than one person working there so if you are trading in prizes, you have to wait for the person serving and making drinks to trade in your prizes!

Instead, this rendition fell flat, the boba themselves possessing an unpleasant texture, lacking the satisfying chew one expects. The tea base, a crucial element in any milk tea, was conspicuously absent of any discernible flavor, leaving a watery, diluted impression. The only saving grace of this particular location was the presence of claw machines, offering a brief distraction from the subpar drink. Perhaps other concoctions on their menu fare better, but this taro milk tea was a far cry from the delightful experience I've had at their Roosevelt location (assuming it's the same chain), which offered a much more balanced and flavorful beverage. It seems quality control varies drastically between locations.

I'm rating this place three starts largely because the atmosphere was wonderful. The service was friendly and fast! It was so cute and fun, the claw machines were adorable. I was very excited to get our drinks! My husband got the Sunset Dreamrefresher and I got the Thai milk tea. The Thai milk tea had hardly any flavor and a very funky after taste. The brown sugar boba had hard chunks inside, which was very unpleasant. The pearls did not have any flavor. My husband's drink was decent in flavor. The jellies inside of his were very chewy, almost hard. I'd consider returning to try different drinks because the experience was so nice.

First Time in AZ and first time to Boba Cutea! A cute little boba place that has a lot of cute little claw machine. I got the jasmine green tea with light ice and boba. Let me tell you... their jasmine green tea was amazingly delicious and their boba is so yummy and perfectly chewy! I will come back here anytime I'm back in AZ. I was excited for a new boba shop to open near my work and honestly boba cutea had decent drinks, but they are very inconsistent. I've gotten drinks there where they gave me maybe 10 boba.... It was a little ridiculous. The service is a little hit and miss too. Despite that, it's a cute shop and it's convenient so I've been several times and will likely return. If you're nearby, it's worth a try!

Went again and had the same great experience! We got the Strawberry Milk Bubble and the Mango Frappe. Both were very good.

Really cute and nicely decorated boba shop ! You can win prices from the machine and trade up to bigger plushies ! Their drinks are good and have more food options ! I got the dragon fruit milk tea and it was sweet and delicious . Service was pretty fast we went during the week

The cutest experience. My daughter, a friend and I went in between my son's baseball games. We are from CA and this is a must try! The whole place is the cutest and was everything it said it was. The drinks were delicious as well! We can't wait to go back one day.

First of all, boba cutea is such a cute boba spot. It was clean, the music matched the vibes, and all around pretty. On the other hand, my taro milk tea wasn't a hit. It tasted like watered-down black tea. I know there is black tea in the drink, I couldn't even taste a hint of milk or taro. It was such a letdown. The waffle pop was good, really sweet. It does take a while for the waffle pop to be made fresh. The staff were really friendly.
