Blanco Cocina + Cantina

Service/wait staff- fast, patient, and helpful Atmosphere- vibey, lots of seating, didn't have to wait for a table Drinks- DELISH, the mango marg was amazing. Will be coming back for it Food- came out super fast and also delish. The chips were super crunchy Parking situation- you can park on the street and scan the code or park in the parking deck but it's kind of a far walk not bad though. The area is super cute!

I've been to a different location and the food wasn't great, but my experience at this location went better though they are definitely still working out the kinks. The location is very nice, with a darker, cozy but upscale interior and a large patio. The inside is spacious and tables aren't crammed together, and the music and volume were perfect. Chips and salsa are good. The salsa is a bit sweeter than I'd prefer. It also comes in this tiny, practically a ramekin sized bowl for 4 people. Our server was nice about getting us more. My margarita was good but arrived without salt. Minor, but should be checked before bringing it. I had the carne asada burrito which was pretty good other than being cold. We had other order issues at the table (actually wrong food) so I didn't want to add to the chaos and just reheated it at home later. The rice tastes like margarine. A LOT of margarine. I wish they just had Mexican rice. I love Mexican rice. I'm never eating their rice again. Someone must like it though!They do validate parking at the Novus garage which is diagonal to the south - info on their website. The parking garage directly across the courtyard is different.

This place just opened, so looked like they were just figuring things out. We ordered some drinks and they brought the chips in salsa. Wife enjoyed the spicy mango margarita. I had the good ol Modelo! Chips are thick, salsa is good. Then we ordered queso dip and mango cerviche. Queso dip was not very warm. Cerviche was the best thing we ate! Solid As for dinner my wife had the short rib bowl - and I had the short rib chimi enchilada style Both good. I would stay away from enchilada style and just get the normal chimiService was good, but they were still figuring things out. Overall good experience

Place had good service, nice interior, and a wide variety on the menu. I had a burrito bowl with steak -- the steak was a little on the small side but had good flavor. The margarita I had (with tahin and chamoy rim) was delicious!

The food was good but very pricey. The service was amazing our waitress was so kind. The restraint was large with lots of good seating.

Absolutely phenomenal! The ambiance was perfect from the moment I walked in. Chicken Tortilla Soup had really good flavor, rich, perfectly seasoned, and full of tender chicken. But the Chimichanga stole the show. Golden-brown, crispy perfection on the outside, and a savory explosion of flavors on the inside. Clearly made with top-quality ingredients and a great deal of love. Seriously, I'm already dreaming about my next trip. This place is a must see!

Loved it ! Outside seating was perfect. Kaity recommended the chai apple non alcoholic drink and it was great ! Service, food all 10/10, will be returning !

I submitted a Door Dash order for Blanco a few days in advance so that we could get it delivered at a certain time only to have Door Dash cancel the order 30 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up. Bella at Blanco was a total Rock Star. Her and her manager were able to find the canceled group order and have the seven meals made so I could come pick up myself and get to the meeting they were for. I cannot thank Bella enough for all her help. She even helped me carry everything to my car. I will definitely be ordering again from this location, just not utilizing Door Dash to do so. Thanks again, Bella!!

It was their first weekend open but they were staffed for success. Lots of smiling faces from the team, service was prompt and server was very helpful. Food was amazing! Best rice we've had in a very long time. If you like spice ask for their house made hot sauce.

I understand it's a new restaurant but at the end of the day it's a Fox restaurant and there's certain standards that should be met. To begin, no one came to our table for 10 minutes, after I went to the host stand it took another 5 minutes, making it 15 minutes before a server came over. Making it so that we did even receive drinks for 20 minutes. Not to mention the place was practically empty!Our entree and appetizer were also brought out at the same time which is okay but not ideal as we didn't want either to get cold. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and was surprised to find rice in it, to preface I've been a consistent costumer to the other Blanco locations for over a decade, so this was unusual. The server checked with the manager and a chef and said it was normal, but upon checking with the head chef they realized that rice was not commonly put in it. The server also realizing the food mix up and the slow service went to get the manager, and he did not come for 20 minutes. They took the burrito off the check, which I am thankful for, but this was an overall disappointing experience as such a long time customer. I hope they fix these problems because I love Blanco and this location definitely has A LOT to learn!
