This place is great! Food was full of favor. Had a great time. Shrimp fajitas, five stars steak fajitas five stars tequila margarita five stars.Atmosphere five stars Thank you Blanco Cocina for an awesome dining experience.

Amazing food and vibes! The only downside is there's sparse parking and it's a little hard to find. But that's ok - just part at the Whole Foods and you'll get to walk off a chip or two after your meal .I got the Grilled Mahi tacos with flour tortillas and my husband got the Chicken Pastor tacos with corn tortillas. I usually get flour because the corn tortillas always get mushy and fall apart but he said these were perfect and held up so good. Also, aside from being delish - these babies were full. I had to eat some of the filling out of mine in order to pick it up. I also got the Aloha Tea (non alcoholic) it was really refreshing.The majority of the restaurant seems to be the patio, it was absolutely gorgeous. I just hope they have the misters and fans dialed in for the summer! We'll definitely be back.

Amazing drinks and very flavorful food! Went on a Saturday evening with friends - family including kids. Ambience is lovely and perfect for evening get togethers. It has got a cool vibe to it. We had tacos and margaritas and flan - loved everything! Rice and beans in the taco were so good that it reminded us of our childhood days.. Will definitely visit again

Tough review for me... I love Blancos, but this location seems kind of gimicky. Like it's upscale UPSCALE mexican food. They took Blanco's, but made it more expenisve. The worst part is the food all tastes the same! Except for the toothpick that was holding my taco together that wasnt pulled out, that was new!This is just like every other Blancos location to me. The service is great, the ambiance is relaxing and nice. I just didnt understand the "new" stuff here.

Great food and service! The happy hour is awesome I love the nachos here they are the BEST!! My husband enjoyed his burger. I wish we got remembered our waitress name she was so kind- she was tall with red hair working the happy hour patio today on Valentine's Day. The vibes are great and love the music. We'll be back for sure :)

Utilize the complimentary valet!Parking is MINIMAL.. Lots of seating, the majority of the restaurant is "outside"seating. The seating is well spaced out & under a patio style cover, indoor/outdoor space with a fireplace & heaters, nice booths with plenty of space, while hear the weather was cool & slightly rainy but we were very comfortable with a slight breeze. We ordered the Tucson Chimichanga, tortilla soup & Lobster & Shrimp Fideo.The Chimi is huge, rice is more like a Cuban style (white with corn) the beans were cold but Jaden (server) brought out a nice hot bowl quickly.The Fideo dish was ok, small pieces of Lobster 4 Shrimp & a charred avocado (really good), the Tortilla soup is excellent! The soup is chunky & good flavor & lots of good cheese.Great location & fun atmosphere with fantastic service thanks to Jayden.The bar area looks great, it's large & we'll stocked.The drinks are really good: Aperol of my eye & West Texas water.Texas water is very refreshing, I'm not a huge tequila person, but it's subtle with a flavored mineral water.The Aperol was not too strong & light.

We walked to Blanco and have been excited to try it since it just opened! We ordered a pitcher of margaritas and they were fantastic! Our waiter, Corey, was amazing as well! He was super attentive, friendly, and helpful! Our food was amazing and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. My El Jefe entree was delicious and I would definitely recommend! I would recommend to anyone wanting good food and a good environment. Sit on the patio on Saturdays to get a free concert from the park!

Extraordinary Cuisine, with impeccable service and Ambiance that will earn this New Restaurant in Phoenix massive praise..My Best Friend Vaughn were seated outside . This was an open window space that was totally covered.If you know about Arizona it seldomly rains and the sun is out over 300 days of the year. Temperature at Lunchtime was 74 degrees Fahrenheit ! This is exactly what I signed on for 7 years ago .This Restaurant and the the entire PV Reimagined LANDSCAPE is very much like a Phoenix Rising out of the Ashes of PVMALL. My dish was The Trio of 3 Enchilada's.Each was tastier than its plate counterpart... Refried Beans, Sm portion of Quac & Sour Cream prepared to perfection 10 Stars. Our server was veryResponsive and Professional!Will I return of course. So many more items to sample. Incredible Food. The space is well designed and there is warmth of how furniture was chosen to mix with Natural light. People at other tables chatted and remained after their meals

A truly beautiful addition to the Blanco restaurants in Arizona!We have been to the other locations many times and have noted the food to be average at best. This reserve location is a step up.I have been twice now since the opening and sat at the bar both times. The service is a bit on the slow side, especially with food delivery. The spicy margarita is truly one of the best in the valley - we would come back any day for this alone! The first height we got the chicken pastor tacos and the ground beef taco. The chicken was great but we really disliked the ground beef taco because of the mystery "yellow cheese" that was overwhelming in a bad way. Our second time, we split the chicken timga cheese crisp and LOVED it. We liked it so much that we suggested that a chicken tinga taco be added to the menu. We are excited to return for more margaritas!

This place is obviously very beautiful and if I was leaving a review after my first experience (in Nov) it would've been 5 stars. My most recent experience left me disappointed - their menu items seemed to have changed a little bit and portions were definitely much smaller (for instance the veggie bowl). Service was much slower this time around even though it wasn't very crowded and they looked to be adequately staffed. Just an overall okay experience 2nd time around.
