Big Cuz's Catering

I met Frankie for the first time last Saturday. He was set up outside our theater smoking up what smelled like heaven. He greeted us with a smile and presented us with a menu and said he was offering all plates at $3 off the regular price that night. I ordered the pulled pork, mac n cheese and bbq beans. Wow, really tender pork, nice crust and juicy. I ate the whole sandwich before realizing I forgot to put more sauce on it. The mac n cheese was on point too, melty, creamy and a terrific complement to the meat. As for the beans, whew! these were sweet, tangy and very well balanced flavor wise. Frankie made for really good conversation too. Turns out he feeds the homeless pretty often and one day wants to open his own place. If you're looking for bbq catering, you could do a lot worse that Big Cuz's.

Stood us up today at the last hour. Very disappointed. Kept giving us stories. Unprofessional and refused to give us a refund.

Called an hour before he was supposed to be at the event and, they us without food and took the money . Horrible service. Don't recommend

This man is a scam! He took a 75% deposit and did not show up with my food! This business is unprofessional. He ruined my party! I have never had such s horrific experience! He gives small businesses a bad name.

Big Cuz is the most unprofessional business I have dealt with. We order their service and after agreeing to the arrangement. Big Cuz canceled at the last moment and refused to give a refund. I did not expect the unprofessional customer service. Warning this company is a SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!!

We had a huge event scheduled yesterday with family and friends coming in from out of town. One hour before the scheduled event, we were notified the food had not been prepared, the servers would not be in attendance and there was a need to cancel. A refund was not initially offered until TODAY after repeated phone calls and text messages. Thank GOD for @Rudy's on Ray road! We were able to place an order to accommodate our guest and the food was enjoyed.

I wish I could give this joker less.than a 1 star. We paid him 75% of the catering cost upfront. 1 hour before the event he cancels on us and refuses to give us a refund. Our party was put into a spectacle and we had to try to find food elsewhere.I would not trust using this person at all. We read all of the Yelp reviews and decided to use him to no avail. He would not even get o the phone with us, he hid behind his wife who told us they could probably make 4 hours after our party started. Avoid at all costs in my opinion.

If I could give less than one star I would. Took our money and never showed with the food. Poor customer service.
