I have a lot of positive things to say about this company. They treat you well and make you feel welcome. You are not just another customer to them. However, I am disappointed because when I was initially quoted for getting work done on my butt. they made me believe that they could complete it within the $5000 budget. It is frustrating that they did not finish the job as promised, and now they are asking for additional payment to saying that I need hips when I never asked for hips, I just wanted them to fix the line which it has not been fixed I was disappointed to discover that in order to add hips, I would need to pay an additional $3000. I was under the impression that the cost would only be $5000, and I feel like they were not transparent with me about the true cost. This experience has left me hesitant to return to them in the future. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, even going so far as to offer me snacks and drinks when I was hungry. It's important to be open and honest with them about your expectations before agreeing to any services. and just make sure you transparent about what you're really going to pay and they're not gonna add any additional things because to me if everyone says oh yeah, we can help you with that with what you're paying for. That's what I expect not all you're gonna have to do way more for another $3000 to me that makes me not want to recommend my friends afraid of them having to deal with the same thing that I did i paying something they weren't expecting also the line and my butt is still not fixed.

Beso Wellness and Beauty is more than a Spa or Beauty treatment, Naomi and Leya are amazing, comfortable, experts to get your facelift done, They are professional in their business and have wonderful performance techniques, I felt the trust that I needed and I was right, left the spa with a smile on my face with no pain and with gifts... I left and after a few minutes I got my phone and called Beso to thank Naomi for her services, I love to go back again and continue the services with nonstop investment in my beauty look:) See you next Tuesday Naomi and Leya... I suffered from fatigue, weight gain, dry skin, and achy muscles all due to my thyroid. I first met Naomi when she was in a different office 1.5 years ago. The nurse injector is really nice, did a great job and im happy with results. 3 stars are due to the reception staff. My appointment was scheduled for 230, I got a text informing me it was at 2pm. Upon calling, the receptionist confirmed it was at 2, when I arrived it was indeed at 230. I value my time. Check prices before jumping in. Other places nearby charge $8-12 per Botox unit. Beso charges $14.

Wow, what a great experience. I've tried other MedSpas, but this one is my absolute favorite. You feel welcome and pampered when you walk in the door. The clinical team is an expert at recommending just the proper treatment for you. I would highly recommend Beso to anyone seeking to add more health and beauty to their lives.
