This is a food truck parked on a corner. They have a nice shaded seating area. We did takeout.We ordered chorizo burritos, and birria ramen. The chorizo was made fresh. It was all very flavorful. I can't say birria ramen is authentic, but it was a good birria.A hidden gem. Really, 4.5 stars. I wish Yelp would allow us to rate 1/2 stars.I would like to come back and try something else to see if they do everything well.

This is just a small food truck with some benches. I ordered the nachos and they were okay. Not enough pico de gallo, guacamole or sour cream. The carne asada was cold. Nachos enough for 2 to 3 people. They have a wide variety of things on the menu along with different meats. Prices are reasonable. For drinks they only offer horchata and Jamaica. Visa and master card accepted (50 cents charge). Happy eating.

Another happy dinner experience at Berlando's. My husband and I tried the Birria Ramen and the Birria Quesadilla today. Photos provided below. The flavors are all still on point. We can't rave enough about this place. We are full and happy. Don't go changing a thing, Berlando's! We'll be back!

The amount of food in a combination plate is outrageously wonderful. Prices are more than fair for the quantity and quality. The ensuing food coma that follows is sure to cure any insomnia you may suffer from. I got the 5 Birria Taco plate with consume - $13.99! SOOO worth it it fed me for days. Also (not pictured) the cup of consume they provided was the best consume I've ever tasted. It wasn't watered down/diluted like most places. It was so tasty!10/10, hands down, best food truck in AZ. I will be stopping again next time I'm through the area.

YUCK.....!!!!Definition of a VOMIT Truck......!!!!I thought they would be good because it's a food truck that never moves but oh my God nearly as soon as I ate my flautas, I started feeling sick....went back to work and Threw Up!!!! eat at your own Risk!!!
