Absolutely adore Brenda and Leann. They are very honest and reasonably priced. I've been coming a few years now for my Xeomin injections. Also did a microneedling treatment with Leann. Again, these gals are amazing at what they do and are RN's which makes me feel confident in their knowledge and safety. I always look forward to my visits with them, were we can girl talk and beauty walk! ;) Thanks gals!

Received Botox not even three months ago and it looks like I never got any, maybe she waters down her products? I have had Botox numerous times but had to stop because I had a baby so you can imagine how excited I was. The process lasted less than 5 mins from the time I walked in to the time I paid. She didn't listen to my concerns or what I liked and then rushed me through. Her place of business is dirty and should not be allowed to have any medical procedures done. She also accused me of being cheap and not willing to spend the money when I paid more than the price given on the phone. After we called to figure out what her issue was she spoke badly about me. You have been warned! Don't waster your money. It's too bad, I too work in the same industry and would love to support small business, but not a business like Brenda's.

The last thing I wanna do is trash somebody's business and write them a bad review but when somebody has the audacity to charge twice the amount of the price quoted, neglect a discount they agreed to provide and then rushed, ignored and treated a client like garbage ... That's another thing. I purchased a service for my wife through this person and when everything we agreed on was thrown out the window I had written a professional message with a couple of questions to which Brenda obviously took offense to. I did not have any of my questions answered I was threatened, berated and spoken to like I was a piece of trash. All because of this woman's pride and her inability to handle customers with the necessary customer service that should be expected at any establishment. I'm disgusted, disappointed and appalled at this woman's behavior. I would love to see her response to this because I'm just going to follow it up with proof by pictures and screenshots of her behavior and shotty work. You also should invest in a maid or housekeeper if you're going to run a "business" from your home. What a waste.
