Batch Cookies

The cookie spot was very clean and has a fun Alice in Wonderland theme. The employee greeted us and was friendly. He said, like Crumbl they have a weekly rotation of flavors with a chocolate chip cookie and a peanut butter cookie remaining on the menu and other flavors rotating which comes to about 10 flavors weekly. They even had a gluten-free chocolate chip oatmeal bar. We ordered a 9 pack to try a little bit of everything. We had the biscoff, snickerdoodle, banana Nutella, chocolate chip, chocolate buttercream and pumpkin chocolate chip. He explained that some cookies are meant to be cool and others to be warm. Our favorite was the chocolate chip because it resembled a fresh home baked chocolate chip cookie. The pumpkin chocolate chip was light and fluffy and had a subtle chocolate flavor to it. The banana Nutella taste like an overwhelming amount of banana extract and we missed the Nutella chocolate flavor in the drizzle. The snickerdoodle leaned more towards a traditional sugar cookie without the cinnamon element. There was much to be desired with the biscoff cookie because you had to eat through the whole cookie to the center piece of biscoff. Our least favorite was the chocolate buttercream because it was cold and almost seemed to be stale and had such a lack of sweet chocolate flavor. The employee let us know to look forward to their grand opening next week but he wasn't sure which day it was on. He informed us that we should look forward to the remainder of their concept coming soon to include Scookies and ice cream.

Shop was nice and the employee was also attentive. The cookies weren't great IMO. The chocolate chip cookie, which I tried didn't taste freshly made and had semi-sweet chocolate chips (I much prefer milk chocolate). It also wasn't warm like Crumbl.

They deleted my review! I was the first to review this batch cookie location. The cookies weren't very good. Apparently from the map it looks like they have thousands of locations. Not sure why cause they're not that great . nice staff -clean environment. Will not be back for anymore cookies. Very disappointed.
