Batch has one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had!I was picking up dinner nearby and saw the sign for Batch. Decided we needed dessert, too. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. She was friendly and patient as I asked questions about the store and their offerings while trying to decide on what to get. The space and decor is beautiful and gives speakeasy vibesBatch offers a variety of cookies from traditional flavors to fun ones. They also have gluten-free cookies! Although I wanted to try one of everything, I went with a chocolate chip cookie and a cookies & cream cookie. One bite of the chocolate chip and I was in love! Itt was soft, chewy, and had plenty of chocolate chips. The cookies & cream was also delightful. Our fam enjoyed them so much we went back the next week!

The cutest little cookie shop I've ever seen! I love the decor and the style. The selection was a little underwhelming. I stopped in for the German Chocolate Cookie as seen on the advertisement in the window. So I was a little bummed it wasn't an option. I opted for a milk chocolate chip and a cookies and cream. Both were super rich, super thick and yummy. I prefer a traditional buttercream frosting and the cookies and cream didn't seem to be butter based but it was still yummy. I feel like the cookies are on the pricey side but they are thick and big and there is no way I could eat a full cookie solo. So as a shareable dessert the price is probably right. Am I in a hurry to go back? No. Will I probably stop again? Yes. I hope the German Chocolate Cookie is an option next time.

Chocolate Chip & Snickerdoodles were dense, underbaked, little to no flavor, cinnamon and sugar is not that expensive. They certainly are a generous portion, but the doughy texture and price will keep us away.

OM Heavens we stopped here as we were out Christmas shopping for our loved onesThe cookies... although, were ok, I prefer them baked more. The chocolate chip cookies are nice and big with chunks of chips in them which were yummy. Unfortunately I baked it more and then found them very good! I'm not that "cookie dough" person so for me, this wouldn't be my spot to return to however, I realize that lots of people love eating raw dough so I would refer others to try it for themselves. Definitely stop in and try it for yourself! Lots of free parking and easy to locate

Delicious, Soft, Big Size, very fulfilling! Would recommend for anyone! Will be going back.

My husband and I stopped by tonight after dinner (around 6:30 pm). 4 cookies after tip were $18. Cookies are good, but definitely smaller in size than some of the other cookie stores in the area. They also had a smaller selection of flavors than some of the other ones as well, in my opinion. The service wasn't great. As someone who has worked in retail for 5 years, I could tell the girl working really hated her job and did not want to be there. I understand that everyone has bad days, but we were literally the only customers in the store and the whole interaction took maybe 3 minutes at most. We felt like a burden.The ambiance is so pretty, very detailed and feels like you step into a different time! Overall, I will try them again but hopefully when they have a different selection of flavors and better staff.

Finally had time to stop in this week! My son and I tried peanut butter, chocolate chip, chocolate chip cookie dough and monster. It was difficult to decide. The presentation was great! So, all of the cookies look and sound good! We'll definitely be back to try the other tasty options. It's a little expensive but you can definitely eat one cookie in two settings. They're large cookies. Everything was so soft! These are definitely freshly made with quality ingredients. Check this place out! Great gift options or a treat for yourself.

Stopped in to this cookie shop because they had a sign out front that said free cookie day. The shop is bright and welcoming. The employees were all very friendly and professional. I got a chocolate chip, oatmeal, cream, and chocolate peanut butter. My favorite cookie is the employee recommended chocolate peanut butter chip. I'm not a big chocolate fan but this cookie was pretty darn good. And I just the right amount of chocolate and peanut butter mixed together and was soft with just a touch of exterior crust. My husband enjoyed the oatmeal cream. It had a nice dollop of cream smashed between two oatmeal cookies.

Boy, the snickerdoodle was so good, the peanut butter was really good as well, nice big cookies, the guy that was working was very nice as well.
