Baskin Robbins Dunkin

Took a stroll to this BRDD combo store on a Sunday evening as the icing on the cake of a wonderful weekend. Icing on the Cake was also the name of the scoop of ice cream Jimi ate. Longtime readers know Jimi is a messy eater and he refuses to get anything other than two scoops in a waffle cone at any ice cream establishment. The haters like to point out that a cup would be much cleaner. They also like to add that they even offer waffle bowls. Jimi will hear none of it. Some say he is stubborn, but Jimi says he's a man of principle. Thank you Jimi (me) for being so strong and refusing to change. 5 stars

Phyllis made the cutest dinosaur ice cream cake for my sons birthday. She was so sweet in the planning process and it turned out adorable!

Would not recommend this location at ALL. Bought a ice cream birthday cake here and by the time my daughter had finished her piece we noticed she had eaten parts of a chewed gum piece in the ice creams. We only noticed caused when my wife went to grab a bite of hers she also chewed a piece of gum as well. After brushing there were remnants of gum pieces. Absolutely disgusting! And in case anyone asks the cake had no bumble gum flavors. Was a strawberry ice cream cake with chocolate.

I am so pleased with the brand spankin' new Baskin Dunkin' Donuts on Chandler Blvd. Less than a week open and they are trying their best with consistent, upbeat, positive customer service. I am never disappointed. Not all locations are created equal.. Some locations the coffee tastes burnt or stale but this new location gets it right every time!*medium blueberry iced coffee, splash of cream*

Now that it's cooled off, so nice to have this Baskin Robbins Dunkin Donuts right on the edge of the neighborhood! Perfect for a long walk + ice cream or donut stop. I was bummed to see the chocolate chip would be scraped from the bottom of the carton today, so I contemplated getting a different flavor, but it ended up still tasting greeat! The lady working was decently nice for a quick service place during COVID.

I'm aware help is short and hard to find, but I ordered a small black coffee to go and got recycled hot water with a hint of coffee.I returned to the the shop and showed the older woman at the ordering window what was wrong.She came back with the same brew.Never again, if anyplace deserves to go under I hope this place.

Threw away all of their donuts for the night at 8:30 pm when they close at 9pm...Would also be great to include ice cream flavors on the drive through menu so we don't have to scramble to look at the menu on our phones since they didn't have any donuts.

Horrible every single time.....lack is quality at this location for years don't recommend

Thought going to a ice cream shop they would have real Ice cream and only non dairy crap.... Whoever is in charge of ordering isn't doing a great job as ICE CREAM is your business...........

I ordered 2 Oreo shakes through the drive thru 5/20 around 5pm and they were missing the shake. Employee must not have wanted to scoop ice cream because these are all milk and super runny. Disappointed to the point I went home and made a yelp account to voice my opinion lol.
