Local owner who uses locally grown flour. It's a grab-and-go bakery. Rotating weekly and seasonal fresh breads.The owner Don is very knowledgeable about what bread is best for which type of meal. The cranberry walnut bread and Einkorn were good. I can't stop munching on their bread. Very fresh, subtle, chewy and tasty.Bread is sold on Tuesdays from 11-2 or sooner if the bread is gone. We just found out that it can be ordered online prior to Saturday.

this man has reminded me that dreams can come true, do what you're passionate about!! every bite I taste is absolutely delicious you do not need butter. we are truly blessed and I did not want to post this review because I don't want it to run out when I want to go there but I'm not selfish so I am posting the review. Don put all of his love into his bread and when I got this olive bread, I was not expecting actual olives in it it is mouthwatering, and now I don't have to go to Tucson to get it. I highly highly recommend you try it. I will be giving a hand at trying to make this myself. Wish me luck. If not my back up every Tuesday will be here. The absolute best bread ever. I have tried several of the different breads and none disappointed. I love the olive bread and the date walnut and cranberry walnut were divine. I love picking up my bread on Tuesdays. Its like a little fun social hour. The staff and people in line are just so nice.
