Baiz Grocery is an amazing store with a fantastic selection of fresh produce, authentic Middle Eastern products, and delicious bakery items. The quality and variety are unmatched, and I always enjoy shopping here. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they sell some products made in Israel, which I personally prefer to avoid. Otherwise, it's a great store that I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic and fresh items.

I discovered this grocery store when I was eating with a group across the street. I purchased jallob syrup which is date syrup. But when I got it home I saw it was not the Al-Waddi brand that I liked but the brand that I didn't like. It was kind of a hassle to return the item. I did call in advance and a cashier told me there's no date sensitivity because I never opened it just bring it in and I would get cash back. But when I got there another cashier gave me a bad time and made it a big deal. But she called the manager the manager was very cordial about giving me a refund and I also brought the empty bottle of the brand that I wanted. He checked and says we don't carry it which I already know. He told me that the grocery store I purchased it from before called Haji Baba on Apache road and Price went out of business because the owner passed away. I did go to that store first and already knew it closeD because even the name Haji Baba was removed from the building and there was not a new tenant. I purchased from Baiz, fresh lamb rib s and they have different halal chicken parts marinated in many Mediterranean marinades that you are familiar with that, you could buy raw and cook yourself. Lots of fresh produce, too.I will come here again for another try on the restaurant menu, when I am in the area.

Good middle eastern grocery store with fresh halal meat. Great restaurant inside! I loved the pepper havarti cheese in the deli fresh and creamy, the combination appetizers at the restaurant and the bread selection. Usually they have a good produce section but the day we were there they were out of a lot. Friendly staff.

I bought a spice from Baiz and started to use it the next day and I found it had been punctured. I hope they exchange it. I don't usually keep receipts on spices either. I hope I have no problems because it should be their problem not mine!

Recently I binged a cooking competition that really got me excited about resurrecting my cooking range. I learned about many new spices that I want to try.. but where to shop? I decided to go to Baiz where I have, over time , enjoyed many chicken shawarma sandwiches. I found many of the spices that I was looking for and the helpful staff made sure that I left with everything on my list- plus a few additional goodies! I love this place! Whether you're looking for a great sandwich ( or other deli items ) made while you wait or want to shop for all kinds of interesting products or freshly butchered meat-this is the place!

They accept zero returns. * you brought your receipt? They do not care. * you never opened the item and found it spoiled in the sealed container? They don't care. * you don't want your money back, just a replacemnet? They don't care. On the receipt they print- no Return. It's up to you the shopper to make sure food is not spoiled. I'm out $5, for turnips in brine. They are out a return customer. I was told I need to make sure food is not spoiled before I leave the store. I say- No Thanks to Baiz. I can find the same exact food at Lee Lee's and Mekong martket. I don't need Baiz and they don't need my business.

I decided to try this grocery store because I saw it on Yelp and it was close to the house. Super neat and clean inside! A nice selection of products. A huge deli and meat counter. And a nice selection of frozen foods too. The produce looked nice but it might have been just a little on the high side as far as prices concerned. Super friendly service. I will definitely be back.

The manager is extremely unfriendly. I went on Christmas Eve at 8:05 PM and he was standing by the door as they were closing. I told him on the door it says they close at 9. He said yes but our customers know we close at 8. Why don't you put it on your door then like everyone else. What you had says 9. On the other hand the cashiers are very very friendly and helpful. The manager is the disaster.
