Back In Thyme

Randomly found this food truck and decided to try it. I'm so glad we did! Food and ingredients are fresh and so good! The lady who took our orders was so kind and sweet! Love, love, love!

Visited a Food truck during an event in Scottsdale Az for lunch. Tried the fish and chips and stuffed avocado!! Both were so good. 3 large pieces of fish and tater tots with coleslaw and yummy tater sauce shared with Tiki Hubby. Avocado cut I half pitted and filled with tomato, cheese and a balsamic vinaigrette! Was perfect with the hot fish ! Great price for more than enough food that was fresh and tasty.

Back in Thyme stopped by my office today as part of our weekly food truck rotation. They advertise that all their food is organic and non GMO. I can get behind that! A couple of our staffers had the Stuffed Avocado, which they were raving about, another staffer had the Asian Sticky Wings, which she said were really good. One other colleague and I both had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich topped with buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles. The sandwich was flat out amazing. The chicken was perfectly cooked and very tender. It was battered instead of plain breaded, which gave it a wonderful twist, and their house pickles and cilantro paired nicely with the buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Had a little heat to it! I like spicy chicken sandwiches, and I loved this one. Had the sweet potato fries on the side, which were also battered and crispy. Quite good! All in, I tried but wasn't able to completely finish the meal, so I feel like the portion was ample and well worth the price. The staff was friendly and my order came out quickly despite there being a line. Score. Thanks for a delicious lunch!

Visited the truck while at Ahwatukee Eats this past Friday. Their special was fish and chips so had that. First, love that they only use organic, non-gmo foods. Fried food of course is a whole other thing but...have to say that the fish was good. A tad bit greasy, sometimes happens when the oil isn't hot enough, but the two pieces served where good and the fish was nice and flaky. Fries were good, cooked well and loved the cole slaw. Actually wish there was a bigger serving of it. The tarter sauce was creamy and tangy and a second cup was given upon request. Overall good experience!

The sticky wings truly live up to their name! They are sticky, and also DELICIOUS. The sauce was perfect, not too sweet, not spicy either. I couldn't have asked for anything more. In fact, my partner and I split an order of wings and afterwards I wished I had ordered a whole plate of them for just myself! I ordered a side of fries too which complimented the wings well. I am so thankful that this food truck and the friendly folks who run it graced us with their presence at my apartment complex. I hope to see them around town again soon!

So delicious and fresh!! I ordered the stuffed Avocados and a portabella burger! And omg. I wish I took better photos. The food was delicious and fresh! The avocado was a perfect Avocado! My portabella burger was to die for , I loved the goat cheese on top! And the sweet potato fries were bomb! Highly recommend, will definitely try other items on the menu, if I see this food truck again!

The grilled Portabella was delicious, great mix of flavors with goat cheese, pesto, balsamic, lettuce and tomato. I got it without the bun to keep it gluten-free. It comes with a choice of fries but since it was late in the lunch hour they had run out of both fries and sweet potato fries so I had the tator tots which were freshly made and hot.

Back in Thyme is hands down one of our favorite food trucks. The items are all non GMO and organic. Chef Matt ensures every plate put out is phenomenal. Strongly recommend the lobstah roll, chicken sandwich, and avocado appetizers. This is definitely a truck worth stalking all over the valley! Check out where they will be at www.streetfoodfinder.com

This food truck came to my apartment complex and I ordered the lobster roll. It was delicious and fresh! I've already recommended them and hopefully you guys try them out too.

This food truck showed up at my job today and they were FANTASTIC!!! If it was at all possible, I'd give them 10 stars. The Roasted Pork Shoulder sandwich was amazing. I wish I had taken a picture before I demolished my sandwich so I could post with this review. Since I didn't, you'll have to try it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
