Best place ever! Please ignore the negative reviews. They were left by Grouponers who don't understand there is one massage therapist. Everyone is super nice and accommodating with scheduling. They all go above and beyond to help you out!

I really enjoyed going to BIL for weekly adjustments prior to the pandemic. However, during the pandemic I felt mask shamed. Until it was legally mandated by the Governor, the Doctors and staff were not wearing masks which was shocking to me since it's a medical practice. I was told by a female anti-masker that masks are part of "Government control." My husband was recently told by a Doctor that "Masks don't work." I understand people have different beliefs and I respect that. However, in a medical practice, I want to feel safe - even if it's from the common cold. I have been there when kids are running around coughing, eating candy - spreading germs. The place may be good at adjustments but I don't feel its very sanitary and I am immunocompromised so it just felt overwhelming risky to me.

I've been getting adjusted here since December, 2017. Approx 3 times per week. They coordinate with out of network deductible insurance, too.This is a great chiro practice. They have unique 2 room treatment process connected by open doors. This increases productivity and patient flow. The place is always breezy!There is a large staff at reception and Dr. Kovacs hires some of the best qualified personnel. There are 2 full time Chiro's, Kovac & Ju. Between them, they have 26 years experience. In addition, there are 2 NP's on staff who will help control specific pain problems with medication cocktails (shots).A massage therapist is full time and does 1 hour's. ($75? + Tip)And, the restroom is spotless at all times!They also sell my favorite CBD salve and assorted products.A first class operation all the same. The office is certainly family oriented. I suppose there are many chiro practitioners out there to choose from in the valley, but I think it's one of the best. This office is in SE Ahwatukee. My reason for coming here was after two attempts of being rejected by 2 chiropractic dew to an auto accident, I was happy with this referral. The accident triggered some of the back pain and misalignment. I was hunched and stooped, my neck refused to cooperate during the first 2 months. Little by little, step by step, the confinements began to ease and I became more homo erectus. Today I'm a walking tall and have these Chiropractors to thank!

Wish I read the reviews before I went here. This place is a cluster 'you-know-what'! I purchased two Groupon vouchers for a massage here and called to schedule the appointment on Monday Aug. 6 for the following Monday, the 14th. At that time I asked if I could redeem both of them back-to-back and have two one hour massages. She said, no, you can use one and then use the other 6 months later or gift it. I told her that the Groupon expired in September so I can't use it 6-months later, to which she replied, well you can just gift it to someone then. Ummm, I didn't want to do that so I was told to call Groupon. Like, seriously, what the heck?! Why was I allowed to purchase two then? Ugh! Anyway, it gets worse..... On Friday I got a voicemail saying there was a "scheduling conflict" and that they could no longer honor my appointment. I called back to reschedule. The lady helping me was somewhat rude and seemed disinterested in helping me and said they wouldn't be able to get me in until the following Monday, the 21st...so I asked if I could just cancel my Groupon. She said I would have to call Groupon for that. So this time I called Groupon and mentioned both issues and they said the vouchers weren't refundable. So I called back to book the appointment for the 21st and the same lady got on the phone and said, "Everything is ok with the original appointment, we'll see you at 5:30 on Monday the 14th....unless you hear from me again." What the heck?! "Unless you hear from me again?" WTF does that mean? Why can't they just schedule an appointment and leave it as that?! I swear, it's because I purchased a Groupon and they think I'm some sort of low life or something. And...how the hell does a scheduling conflict happen in this day and age. I can understand if someone is leaving early or has an emergency but c'mon...you should know ahead of time and not inconvenience the customer.Anyway, Monday the 14th comes and I show up only to find out that they don't have me on their schedule. Then, the lady I talked to on the phone pipes up and was like, "Ummmm, I remember you calling to cancel this appointment..." WHAT?!?!?! OMG! Get it together people!!!The woman helping me, Heather, was SUPER nice though. Lord knows I was ready to unload on these people and cause a big ol' scene but I couldn't because she was SO NICE. Anyway, she went in the back and checked with the office manager who conveniently hides in the back so she doesn't have to deal with the people this business pisses off...and she rescheduled me for Monday the 21st. Thanks for making me drive all the way down there for nothing! Oh, and they charge a $1 appointment booking fee that's refunded if you show for your appointment. And guess what, if you no-show they charge $40....even if you've prepaid or spent the $30 on the Groupon. I get charging a no-show fee but charging it on top of stuff already paid for? That doesn't seem right. I was able to have Groupon credit my vouchers back to my Groupon bucks account and I used them to book two massages at different places. The purpose of running a Groupon is to generate business and that's not going to happen if you treat potential new clients like they're scum of the earth and screw up their appointments. Where's my $40 credit for having the massage therapist no-show on me?! Yeah, it ain't coming.

The office staff at Back in Line Spine & Wellness Center are some of the most kind and genuine staff people I have ever had to interact with. I've visited the offices twice for appointments that were about an hour long each with my 13mo. old daughter and each time, the girls in the front kept her entertained with no problem while I was away. Heather was especially helpful. Dr. Covac is as pleasant and approachable as his staff. He doesn't rush his appointments and he took a great amount of time listening and answering all of the questions I had. He was able to lay out a comprehensive care plan for me and didn't sell me on any particular treatments. He gave me the facts straight and left me to be an informed consumer. I would recommend the Back in Line Spine and Wellness Center because they offer a holistic approach to health which is refreshing!

I went to Back in Line because I had 2 major knee surgeries at age 14 which ended up messing up my lower back pretty bad. Not only did I still struggle with my knee, but my back got so bad to the point where I couldn't lay down without being in excruciating pain. I met with Dr. Kovac who x-rayed, examined me and then reviewed my results with me. He validated my pain and came up with a plan to help resolve my issue. From that point on I was committed to coming in 2-3 times a week and within the first month my back pain had already decreased! After 4 months, I had little to no pain whenever I laid down or did activities that typically would cause back pain. I had to have a 3rd knee surgery back in August of 2016 and my back has yet to bother me! I attribute this to the care I received at Back in Line. Not only was I receiving tremendous relief, but Dr. Kovac and his staff are exceptional! They truly care about each patient and take the time to get to know them on a personal level. I highly recommend choosing Back in Line as your chiropractor! In addition to chiropractic care, they offer massage therapy, injections to relieve pain right away, allergy treatments, blood tests and much more! Among the staff is a phlebotomist, a Nurse Practitioner, Massage therapists, two chiropractic doctors and a Physician's Assistant! It truly is a one stop shop to address all and any health issues you may have!

Don't buy a Groupon from this place! My group of friends & I got screwed! When we each called to make an appointment, the earliest available day/time was several weeks later. We were under the impression that there were several employees who could provide service. We were so disappointed & ended up losing money by not being able to redeem our Groupon vouchers at Back In Line.

Dr. Kovac came to my place of work to deliver a "health education" workshop. He offered a $20 consult. I purchased the option for me and my husband. We went for the appointment and had a high pressure sales job done on each of us. We did not get anything for the money that was spent other than to have both of our time wasted. He used a divide and conquer sales method. He also attempted to appeal to me by telling me that my husband needed me to push him to do the "right thing." We left with nothing... We were asked to set up another appointment to be able to review our ex-rays, which would cost an undisclosed amount. The release forms that were requested to be signed indicated that they could charge amounts upwards of $320 for a visit. This place feels like a mult-level marketing scam! We have since found a reputable provider.Also, please take note that the first reviewer is Dr. Kovac, himself... I would not be surprised if the other 5 star ratings came from family and friends... The other 5 star is from a person in TX...

I have been going to back in line spine for some years now! I love the staff! they are really friendly and very helpful! Back in line had great resources for when I needed help and I was going for my knee pain. I have also been able to get my allergy testing and allergy shots there as well and my allergies are significantly better. I continually go for any other needs to see the PAs in the case that I get sick. Thank you back in line for everything!

This place healed me. I couldn't walk or move at times, would miss work, and get like I couldn't ever get back to hobbies I loved so much. I tried multiple places before coming to Back in Line and nothing was easing nor correcting my back pain. I have now been coming here for almost 3 years and I could not be happier. The staff is super amazing and friendly and everyone truly cares about your well being. HIGHLY recommend.
