Do not, I repeat, do not ever give this company your money! I reserved a waterslide for a party I'm having tomorrow and keep in mind it's about 118° in Phoenix right now. They called me the day before our party and asked if they could drop it off the day before and we said sure.When Tyler their drive showed up, my husband showed him where to set up and Tyler also asked where our hose was. After about ten minutes I received a text message from Tyler that read, "All set. Have a great day." My assumption is that the water slide was up and ready to go.About three hours later, I went into the backyard because my kids decided they wanted to have some fun on it, I noticed the hose was not set up and the slide was not staked to the ground. We were about to have 4 and 5 year olds bounce on a slide that isn't staked down. Can you imagine? Want to hear the best part? The manager hung up on me THREE TIMES when we called and asked what was going on. They tried saying one of their employees passed out and got heat stroke but we found it really interesting no one notified us of this. And we received a confirmation text messAge, from Tyler, saying that everything was set up and ready to go. Do yourself a favor and don't ever work with these people. They are terrible at customer service and they are incredibly rude for hanging up on us THREE times. And very aggressive. There are so many other bounce house businesses in the area you can give your money to. I also attached photos showing you that there are literally no stakes in the ground.

I am extremely unhappy with the service from this company. And it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. per their contract they were supposed to contact us the day before our reservation to confirm delivery window. They did not. I had to contact them via text to confirm drop off on the day of the party, they never responded. I got a message at one point saying they were 37 min out. Luckily I was home. When asked what day or time they would pick up, I was told they had no idea. Next day, 8:41am I get a message that they are 50 mins out. The communication has been awful. Technically, this company was breach of contract when they did not let me know what time they would be dropping off on our delivery date. We will never be renting from them again nor refer them to anyone. And if we ever see them recommend we will inform whoever that this is not a good company to rent from.

Really pleased with AZ Jolly Jumpers. The customer service was great, they were clear in setting expectations for drop off and pick up, gave us a heads up when they were nearby, and were always prompt and friendly.We did notice some of the cleaner oozing in the bounce house, but we followed their instructions of leaving it inflated after set up to give enough time to dry off, took a towel and wiped up a couple of places ourselves (not a big deal at all) and had no issues.Pleased with the price point and communication with the company. Will be using again.

This place is an absolute joke. They "setup" the bounce house and didn't stake down this huge slide that 4/5year old kids would be using. They did not connect the water to slide at all and then text us "all set". Then when we called the manager hung up on us 3 different times.

I run a business in the Phoenix area and have recently started renting from AZ jolly jumpers as the company I used previously was no longer responsive and we just weren't happy anymore. I appreciate how quickly they get the deliveries to you they let you know when they are close by they test out the product to make sure it's set up all correctly and it's always clean and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company.

We had the best experience with AZ Jolly Jumpers. We ordered the justice league jumper for our son's fourth birthday and it was the perfect size for him and his friends. The team set it up quickly, showed us how to easily inflate and deflate it ourselves, and were flexible on dropoff pickup times. The jumper was clean and felt very safe. Our son couldn't have been happier.

Spend your money else where. I don't normally write reviews but I feel like I got gypped. I had booked a combo bounce house but our new backyard is still a dirt lot so I read through setup requirements for it and added an additional $100 for a setup surface fee (tarp) to put under it since it wasn't grass. I noticed during the party that there was no tarp under the bounce house and I waited until after the party when the crew deflated it and picked it up to make sure. No tarp. So what did I pay additional for? I reached out to the business just to get the additional $100 refunded and they proceeded to tell me..."The dirt fee is for the unit itself when it is set up on dirt unit becomes dirtier. The dirt gets into the seam and loosens up so units don't end up having as long a shelflife as they would usually." AND"We charge to set up on dirt the tarp if would be if you were having a waterslide. We do charge to set up on dirt due to the fact of everything gets dirty with that set up." 2 different things, made up. I read through the requirements and contract several times to see if I missed anything but there's nothing that states anything about what they said. THEY'RE JUST TAKING MONEY WHERE THEY CAN.*** Let me add that the first number stopped replying and the second number told me that I can only get half a refund if I take my review down. What a joke.

We rented a bounce house for my son's bday party at the park. The night before we got a text that the bounce house would be dropped off anywhere between 7-9am and we had be there for that. My event didn't start until 10am but still I get to the park at 7am just in case. At 7:18 I get a text that eta for the bounce house is 35 minutes. By 9:00 am no one has shown or called so I called the office and asked if anyone was going to show up. They called the delivery truck and they showed up about 9:30 eventually. So I sat it the park for 2.5 hrs before my event just to wait for the bounce house. Then after the event they say will pick up anywhere between 1-330pm and of course you have to be there. So the party ended about 1pm. I called and they couldn't come, said it would be closer to 3:30. They didn't arrive until about 4:20. So essentially to rent a bounce house from them you have to be available the ENTIRE day from 7Am even though they won't show up until 9:30 to 4:20pm even though the rental technically ended at 1and they said no later than 3:30pm. Would I rent from them again! Absolutely not. It's ridiculous to expect a customer to wait in the park from 7am to 4:20pm for a bounce house they only need for 3 hrs. Next time, I'll spend more for better service. It was a joke.

Consumers beware! I have used this company for seven years, three times a year and can tell you firsthand the business has gone downhill. In addition to getting the last few units dirty full of hair, confetti, dirt and grass, I rented a bounce house for Christmas, inflated it the day before and it was duck taped. I notified the company, after a lot of back and forth they sent out a new bounce house. However, upon removal of the other bounce house the workers ran the dolly and bounce house right into our brand-new AC unit leaving it scratched and dented. They want to compensate me $100 dollars for a $15,000 dollar unit. The company is a joke, they don't value their customers and need a course in customer relations and business management.

I had a bad experience with this company.I know my experience is situational and others may have had good ones this is just my experience.I reserved a jump house almost a month in advance of a Halloween party I hosted at my home for my daughter. It was explained to me at the time of reservation, that with standard delivery the jump house could be delivered between 24-48 hours before my event. It just so happens I have a small backyard and the space I was using for the jump house was my front drive way. I did not want an inflated jump house in my driveway that far in advance of the event, primarily due to concerns of theft. I was told that the jump houses fold-up like a tent and that I could store it in my garage and then, at the time of the event, inflate it. This appeased my concerns and I specifically asked if I could be shown by the delivery driver how to do so at the time of drop off.I was told it would be 'no problem' and proceeded to reserve the jump house.The week of the delivery, I was notified by text message that the delivery would be made Thursday the 19th between 9-12. This was more than 48 hours before my event and not what I was expecting. I expressed my dissatisfaction via text and received a response that it could not be moved. I stayed home from work that day to wait for the delivery, however I was working from home, and had a 30 min meeting at the exact time the driver arrived. The driver let me know he was here via text, set it up, and left, all within 30 minutues. It was inflated, in my front driveway, blocking me into the garage. I called the driver, I kid you not, less than 20 minutes after his initial text, asking him to return to show me how to roll it up, and he stated he was already heading to his next route and couldn't be late because they were very busy. He referred me to the office, who when I called, just regurgitated their policies about standard delivery. I asked for a manager, who referred to this as a 'communication gap', and offered no solutions other than coming to pick it up the next day and giving me a full refund; until I pointed out that they had made delivery farther in advance than there quoted timeframes, and that I too record all my calls and had clearly indicated that leaving it inflated in my driveway was not my request. Reluctantly, the manager and her office staff came out, to roll up the jump house (clearly a 2 person job) and move it to my driveway where I had originally wanted it stored.She let me know "for next time" that they offer touchless delivery and thus their drivers just drop it off and leave without any client contact. I'm letting you know now, because clearly, I would not use this company again based off my experience.The jump house itself was in fine condition and served its purpose.
