They are excellent at communication and got back to my inquires right away. They make payment easy with online invoicing and the delivery people are on time and give you a heads up when they are on their way. My husband was very impressed at how much they helped him with setting everything up and spreading it out. All our guests were thrilled with the quality of the bounce house and other rental items. I was referred by a friend who used them for her wedding and I'd definitely recommend them myself as well!

Could not be more disappointed with responsiveness and sales of this company.I have been in financial sales for over a decade, and if I it took me 2 days on average to respond to an email to a potential client, I would not have a job. I started the process on Nov 26th for a part on Dec 12th. Now on Dec 10th, after asking multiple times about next steps and how to give deposit, I am told they can't help me. Please reconsider using this company unless you plan your event months in advance, cause they are not going to move with any urgency

They did a fine job. I would use them again. Their delivery guys were very professional and handled a snafu well. They came up short one dance floor piece. Our venue was 2 hours one way for delivery. They offered to bring the missing piece all the way to the venue the morning of our event. But we had several people coming to the venue so we opted to have one of them bring that piece and all was fine. The other little hiccup was the cleaner or polish or something they used on the dance floor made it extremely slippery. I think it was meant for a wood floor and we had vinyl because we were outdoors. No hips were broken and all have lived! For the most part all was well the lighting was beautiful!

I did not have a positive experience with AZ party rental. The day of our event they showed up several hours late. They also did not bring the proper amount of chairs. After the event they wanted to know where the missing chairs were located (we never had the chairs). This was a celebration of life and a mother who was mourning the loss of a child wasn't in the head space to deal with this sort of disorganization.

AZ Discount Party Rentals dropped the ball for our wedding day rental order, failed to meet their own promises, and then refused to take accountability.Initially, they told us our delivery window would be 10 AM - 5 PM, then changed it to 10 AM - 3 PM, and then simply told us it would arrive "in the morning." We prepared accordingly. But as we approached the afternoon with no update, I had to reach out at 11:33 AM for an ETA. I was then told they'd arrive between 12-12:30 PM. They finally showed up around 1 PM--late and unprepared.To make matters worse, they forgot multiple essential items:- A guest chair (which took multiple attempts to get delivered and didn't arrive until after 11 PM)- The wedding arch (which they said was in transit but later said it got damaged in transit and would be several hours before arrival)- Three sections of the dance floor (which was all sticky with a stain coating that clearly was not dry, likely the real reason they were late)The linens, despite being in dry-cleaning bags, were stained and looked unclean. The wedding arch designer and the company's owner were still setting up at 9 PM--long after dark. This forced us to keep our bachelorette party indoors, as our event space was still occupied by them setting up.When I confronted the owner that evening, his response was completely unprofessional. Instead of taking any responsibility, he tried to blame other customers for damaging items and other things going wrong that day. I had to cut him off and remind him that his business failures weren't my problem. My wedding is what matters to me and the service I paid in advance for. I had to explicitly state that I expected a refund for the inconvenience they caused.He agreed to offer monetary compensation and told me we'd discuss it after the event. Five days later, I still hadn't heard from him. When I followed up, he suddenly tried to backpedal on his promise, saying a refund wasn't necessary since "everything arrived before the event" and claiming that an all-day delivery window was "typical." But let's be clear: they were the ones who set the expectation of a morning delivery. I feel like he purposefully did not contact me in hopes that I would not pursue the refund. After pressing him, he begrudgingly offered a $50 refund, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with that he ultimately offered me $100--just 9% of our $3,000+ bill.The owner was unprofessional and the service unreliable. Ultimately, my biggest issue with this experience was the owner's attitude and his attempt to backpedal on his word. A wedding vendor should ease the stress of your wedding day, not add to it.

We highly advised to not use this company despite their ample product offerings and discounted prices. Buyer beware, you'll never hear a peep from management if you are dissatisfied. They are only here to take your money and close the case. NOT a respectable company, poor leadership, and non-existent management involvement. Will receive broken or dirty items and not what you requested.We had the unfortunate experience of working with Arizona Discount Party Rentals for a party we were planning for a client last month. Our client was hosting a 40th birthday party in Chandler Arizona and we're based in Orlando, FL. The event was the Sunday before Christmas, and we were looking to provide some cocktail tables and linens for the party in the area near our client. When we first reached out to Arizona Discount Party Rentals, they were quick and responsive via text, but quickly realized everything they were sending was nothing but auto responses. Lengthy to read, unnecessary details, not customized or any concern for the conversation whatsoever, just auto responses to get the sale. During the planning, we had to make a few adjustments to the invoice until things were how the client wanted and Arizona Discount Party Rentals were helpful to do so (however, would never get an answer anytime we called, ONLY via text replies). Once we finalized the order, we had confirmed the 30" cocktail tables will be the nicer wood option not plastic. They confirmed yes. We requested to have a Sat. 12/21 afternoon delivery before 2pm because our clients would be out for the evening after 2pm. They said only Sat. at 3-8pm is available unless we want to do 9-12pm on Sunday 12/22 (which our party started at 1pm...). We asked if there was any risk they would run late on Sunday, and we were told "oh yeah. It's the holidays." We told them numerous times the client will not be home Sat. 12/21 after 2pm and they said to just leave the side gate open, with dogs in doors and the driver will quickly drop items. We are also told we would get a call prior to drop off. We asked one more time for Sat. 12/21 before 2pm and they said no, sorry they we're too booked. We updated our client and they said they will rearrange all their evening plans to be home by 3pm to receive delivery because they were uncomfortable with the vendor so far.On Sat. 12/21, we sent a text at 7am to request confirmation of arrival time. We did not hear back for several hours until about 1pm, when we were told that the delivery is 20 minutes away!My clients had already rearranged their afternoon to be home between 3-8pm as the vendor demanded. Our clients had to leave their prior engagements early for this unexpected delivery. Extremely frustrating and disappointing already. The irony is we originally requested the delivery at 1pm and we're continuously said no they are unable to accommodate, too busy. Bu then NEVER told they could come at 1pm. VERY poor organization and communication skills. We quickly realized that the tables delivered were plastic and not the wooden ones we had requested. We tried to call the delivery person and was just continuously told sorry will try to get management to contact you. All still text, no return phone calls. Because our clients did not see the table clothes until the next morning during set up, as we were putting on the white linens, we discovered that several of the WHITE linens were dirty and stained! We again, tried to reach out to the Arizona Discount Party Rentals who said they need to reach out to management. Time went by on Sun. 12/22 party and finally 30 minutes before guests arrived, linens were dropped off. Still NO phone call from "management" to address the building frustrations. Upon initial communication, we were told that the tables would be picked up the following Monday 12/23 before 12pm. We sent a text Monday morning at 8am to confirm pick up time +follow up on our previous requests to connect with management. We didn't hear back again for several hours. Eventually, we heard back from someone around 4pm and they said someone would eventually come in the evening. The tables did not leave our clients house until Monday around 8pm which is completely unacceptable!!!We made numerous attempts to contact Arizona Discount Party Rentals by phone, but it only syncs to an auto-response loop. They only seem to communicate through text. We never had any luck reaching anyone and we're continuously told, via text, that management would contact us Thurs. 12/26, the latest. We informed Arizona Discount Party Rentals that we plan to submit a lengthy review but wanted to allow management the opportunity to reach out, as promised. We have now allowed several weeks to pass and get back to us. We have not heard any communication. Very bad experience this past weekend. Reserved 40+ chairs and tables for my baby shower over 5 months ago and communication was poor from the start. After confirming backyard delivery the day before, they ended up leaving everything at my front doorstep at 9:30pm and I was left moving everything myself to the backyard while 8 months pregnant A couple of broken and missing items. When I told them, they blamed it on my AT&T service and it being a "very busy weekend."

We only had table and chairs delivered for a party but were very satisfied with this company's service. The young men that delivered them were very nice and professional and represented their company very well. They came and picked them up promptly. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

This was my first time renting a bounce house and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Communication was mainly through text messages, but they were excellent with communicating, confirming, and making sure I was getting what I was wanting! I rented the 3 in 1 mini boy combo and it was set up in less than 15 minutes! The bounce house was in great shape, with a cool basketball hoop and really fun slide! They were flexible on a pick up time and take down looked like a breeze as well! I will definitley be using again in the fall for another birthday party! Thanks guys!
