I just rented from this company for Saturday, May 26th, 2024 at 4:30pm. I submitted and paid for it on May 1st, 2024. I ordered a sports bouncy thing and 3 tables and 18 chairs. Well never heard from them and noticed it was almost 5:00pm on Saturday. My party was starting at 5:00pm. I called the only number on website and no answer. Sent a text and no answer for almost 30 mins. Then said they will be late due to a tire. They are an hour away from me. I said okay that is fine but when they get here they don't have my chairs and they have only a table. Now no response from company on my complaint or no refund. Don't waste your time with this company.

We had a great experience using AZ Bounce 4 Kids for our son's birthday party. The bounce house that arrived was exactly what we expected while booking online. The team gave me a call early in the day of the party to discuss drop-off. Edgar arrived right on time and quickly got everything setup in the right spot, and then after the party wrapped up came back to haul it away. Edgar was great to deal with. We'll definitely use them again when looking to book another bounce house. The kids all had a blast.

We reserved a combo bounce house (with water) for my sons 3rd birthday party. I scheduled the rental for Saturday (5/1/2021) with drop off at 9am and pickup at 7pm using their online booking calendar.Thursday evening, I receive a text from the owner (Dumitru) if the bounce house can be delivered early as they cannot guarantee they will make it on time come Saturday. This should have been the first red flag. How do you have a reservation system and not know how to property schedule your deliveries?Anyhow, I said that was fine, even though no one would be using it until Saturday as we had errands and decorating to do Friday evening. I was assuming they would be dropping it off some time in the evening. When I sent a text back to confirm on the time for Friday, he said between 9-11am. Wow, that was quite early for it to just be sitting in our back yard. Okay, no big deal, kids are in school and daycare, we won't be using it, but it will at least be ready for the party Saturday morning.Friday morning rolls around and one guy drops it off around 10am and requires the check for payment. I am at work and so my father-in-law who lives with us took care of the payment.The guy sets it up and disappears without a word to anyone. My wife who is working remotely comes downstairs and she and her father go check it out.THE THING IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! There was solidified dirt and debris all over it, inside and outside. There was cat pee stains and hardened cat poop on the outside.My wife tried calling Dumitru at the number listed on the invoice I shared with her and the VM box is full (funny coincidence?). I then shared the number I had of his that he contacted me with by text message. No answer there so she left him a voicemail.So, my wife and father-in-law had to take a shop broom with a bucket of soapy water and clean out the entire interior of the bounce house and slide so the kids would actually be able to use it on Saturday.What the hell kind of business isn't sanitizing, or at the very least, cleaning their products given the current status in the world? I understand it a giant outdoor air pillow, but the interior at the very least should have been cleaned out.I attempted texting Dumitru twice on Friday and never got any acknowledgment or response.Saturday comes and goes without zero communication and NO ONE comes to pick it up at 7pm as I had scheduled. We have a turf backyard and I only needed the bounce house for a day as I was concerned about the weight sitting on it for much longer.So, now we are on to Sunday, and I'm trying really hard to give the benefit of the doubt that they will be there in the morning to come get it. We had a family event planned and were not home the entire afternoon. We get back late in the evening and the bounce house is still sitting deflated in the back yard, as it has been, for over 24 hours now.My wife tried once again to call (still a full VM box). I shoot over a text with no response and try to call the other number which actually does allow me to leave a message. Response? Nada.Lo and behold, as I am driving to work Monday morning, I get a text message that I was unable to read. My father-in-law proceeds to call me letting me know that two guys were finally picking it up. He tells them how frustrated we have been with everything and asks why don't they clean their bounce houses, mentioning we've been trying to get a hold of someone for almost 48 hours.They have the audacity to say that they sent a text message and no one returned it. I pulled off to the side, took a look down at my phone, and sure enough, they had sent a message (to someone with a different name than mine) that they would be picking up the bounce house in about 15-20 minutes. I was on the road, and they are going to moan about the fact they did not get an immediate reply when I've been reaching out to 2 different phone numbers for almost 2 days responded with only silence.Cursing is frowned upon in reviews, but they can kiss it where the sun doesn't shine.My father-in-law asked why the owner would follow up with me and they told him "he's a busy guy". WE ARE ALL BUSY! You have a business to run and if it means taking care of it before and after hours, a reputable business would do so. Or hand the task off to someone to take care of so you don't piss off people from whom you've just taken nearly $300 from.I assume feeling a small amount of guilt, they did ring the doorbell before heading off to tell my father-in-law to let us know that IF we wanted to rent another bounce house from them, they would give us a discount.Best part is the debris that they conveniently left behind in our yard of all the formerly mentioned caked on dirt and mud now in the yard. Spent a good 15-20 minutes using a shop can to try and get most of it up.5-star businesses get 2 thumbs up, this place gets 2 middle fingers up for their complete and utter disregard and disrespect of a paying customer.

Worst bounce house rental company ever! Rented one for this past Saturday and when the kids started to use it it would not fully inflate...found out it had holes taped up with old duct tape! The side kept collapsing on the kids. Called their poor delivery driver had no answers and said the owner would reach out. Never happened but they sure did take that $230 with no problems from my account! The worse bounce company ever please do not use

Wow is all I have to say, this company really came thru for us. Our original company cancelled on us at 11:00am the day of our event 50 kids for our daughter B-day party. As you can imagine we went into panic mode we just started calling all the Bounce companies listed on Yelp. AZ Bounce 4 kids responded with a text message saying they can deliver. Oh boy did they deliver within 2.5 hours we had an obstacle bounce house that was enormous and high quality, they set-up the popcorn machine and snow cone machine as well. This local company has great customer service and professional employees which is hard to find in the times that we are in. I highly recommend AZ Bounce 4 Kids. Thanks for saving the day!

Do not use! They have zero customer service skills and do not reply. They showed up un-announced the night before for delivery because no one was going to be available the day requested (Saturday). It was the incorrect one. I ordered a Mickey Mouse bounce house for my son's bday and no where did the bounce house have Mickey Mouse. 30 minutes into the party, one of the fans stopped working. I immediately called the number on the invoice and received a voicemail recording saying to text for better service. No answer. At scheduled pickup time, they texted saying no one was available and asked if they could come back Friday to get it which I was not comfortable with and then someone came and got it. I emailed them again to discuss, no response.

This person double charged me for the service. Cost me $600 when it was supposed to be $300. When I called about this, he admitted to double charging me and he just said dispute this with your credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I am still waiting for this!!

We have used this company several times, but they have gotten progressively worse. They almost never deliver the actual bounce house you ordered. Always something "comparable". But this time I ordered a specific themed bouncer for my son's birthday and they brought something completely random, and smaller - and tried to charge me the same price. I confirmed on their website that the one they brought was $50 less than the one I ordered. Halfway through the party one of the blowers stopped fully functioning and the house collapsed on the children inside. They did come out relatively quickly to replace the blower, but by that time the party was almost over. They also took one of our personal extension cords and never returned it, even after being notified they took it. This will be the last time we use this company and I would warn others against it as well, for safety and quality purposes.
