ATL Wings

I have ordered online from here twice and I was not disappointed either time. The food was hot and cooked to perfection. I'm from the Ohio so it's hard to find food that has the same taste but I believe this is it. The people who work here a so amazing and helpful and polite. Which is rare honestly. I like that it has a nice atmosphere also like it's not too much or too little it's just right. I advise anyone who wants some great food to go give this place a check out. You won't regret the purchase or decision.

My wife and have been going to ATL for 10 years or so. I got this location weekly as it's close to home. ATL Dry rub is my go to.A big reason I come weekly is the customer service. Diana is always so pleasant and friendly. Diana's customer service is exceptional. It's nice to have Rosie come from back to say hello to me.

We got some wing with fries and a drink. The wings were a bit dry and the fries were okay. The service was real good, although I feel they were very understaffed. The poor girl working the counter and drive through was scurrying around to put our order together. The wait time wasn't too long, but while we waited (inside) noticed an abundance of flies hovering around the main area. They need to address this. The place was orderly, but needed a good cleaning. Maybe that would reduce the flies. Although this meal could have been better, I think they need to work on food quality. If it remains the same, I'll try elsewhere. The koolaid is top notch.

Wings here are AMAZING !!!!! The service here is as well. Always shown love when I come.They have so many different sauces and flavors, fries are homemade and great. This is my wing spot !! Perfect for sports night, they don't just have wings, they have pizza, sandwiches and salads also. A must try.

These wings are addictive and you can't beat the Tuesday special! The kool aid takes me back to childhood but these wings take me to heaven on earth!

My recent visit to ATL Wings on Main Street in Mesa was, without question, one of the most appalling dining experiences I've ever endured. From start to finish, the sheer ineptitude and lack of professionalism were staggering.I ordered all flats, fully aware of the $3.99 surcharge an absurd and unjustifiable markup compared to Wingstop's $1.99. Meanwhile, my grandmother and aunt ordered two separate 10-piece meals with a mix of flats and drums, opting not to pay the ridiculous extra charge for all flats. Despite this, their orders came with a laughable total of three flats between them TWO in one order and ONE in the other. Yes, you read that right: my aunt received a single flat in her entire order. Meanwhile, the rest of their wings were cold, stale, and inedible, a sharp contrast to my own hot and fresh meal.When my aunt called to express her dissatisfaction, she was met with the pinnacle of managerial incompetence: Fabian. His condescending, dismissive attitude was the cherry on top of this disaster. He rudely brushed off her concerns with sarcastic responses like "OK, and?" and claimed there was "no policy" regarding the distribution of flats and drums. Really, Fabian? No policy? That might fly if common decency didn't exist. But it does, and what kind of establishment thinks it's acceptable to serve a single flat in a 10-piece order?The floors were unswept, the tables were filthy, and the atmosphere was dead a shocking sight for a Saturday. Not a single car in the drive-thru, and based on the service we received, it's easy to see why. The staff was apathetic and rude, and the restaurant felt more like a neglected storage unit than a place to enjoy a meal.Fabian, the so-called manager, exemplifies everything wrong with this establishment. Not only did he fail to offer even a semblance of an apology, but his sarcasm and unprofessional demeanor made it abundantly clear why this location is in shambles. His response of "Why does it matter if you got your flats?" when discussing the blatant shortchanging of my grandmother and aunt's orders shows a shocking lack of customer service skills, not to mention basic human decency.This place is a complete disaster an overpriced, unclean, and poorly managed joke of a restaurant. All Wings doesn't just need a health inspection; it needs to be condemned. Fabian's attitude and the restaurant's overall state are a recipe for failure. Save your money and your time this place isn't worth a cent.I also ordered two biscuits with honey and cinnamon, only to receive dry, hard excuses for biscuits with no honey in sight. Honestly, you're better off going to Wingstop, where they not only have a clear policy on flats and drums but also ensure you'll get at least four flats in a 10-piece order. Unlike this trifling, pitiful excuse for a restaurant, Wingstop understands basic customer service and quality control.

The wings are so much bigger that most wing places. The dry rubs are so good, you really can't miss. We got great customer service. Definitely coming back to this location because of how nice they were even with a small staff.

Who ever is eating from here explain to me.. both times I have gone there (the 2nd time my son went and brought us food without me knowing) absolutely horrible.. was missing an order of fries, the "salad" was literally old cut up popcorn chicken on a bed of slimy spring mix... the fries that did come with the order were completely limp, the ranch had no flavor and was nothing special, the wings also felt tough and old .. absolutely a waste of hard earned money. Never would I recommend or go back...

Alejandro did not ask me to write this. We were in town for a funeral and I had been to the atl wings in Glendale az where I was shocked at how good the wings were. I wanted my family to know about this place and you guys did not disappoint. Thank you Alejandro for the wonderful service and thank you atl wings for the bomb ass food.

The food is really not half bad when you can get it! The last few times Iv gone there is like 4 people in the drive through and I'm told at menu it's going to be an hour. This location either has one Fryer or is severely understaffed. There is another location that's nicer and better service times in Gilbert. The Mesa location needs a lot of work. I highly suggest hiring an efficiency company to assess your line times for real... the ambience could also use an update. It literally still looks like the kfc that location used too be.Update:Apologies, the decent location that's not out of a run down kfc is actually in Mesa near the billiards bar and not Gilbert as cited above. However they do have a wait time sign for the drive through. That sign also apparently applies to walking in and not just drive through ‍. Maybe they need to order one for the front door too? If I could upgrade this review to half a star I would .
