Artistic Touch Catering

It's probably never a good idea to go shopping when you're famished, but it does lead to eating some tasty food as a result! The sweet smoky smells of BBQ wafting through the air plus the friendly chef/pitmaster at the pop up tent outside Superstition Ranch Farmer's Market were too hard to ignore after I had finished my veggie and fruit shopping at the market. They had quite a few meats available as a plate, family meal, or kid's plate, such as tri-tip, ribs, chicken, and brisket. After an enthusiastic recommendation for the tri-tip, and a generous sampling of it with BBQ sauce, I took the meaty plunge and went with the plate which comes with 2 sides and cornbread. Unfortunately they had sold out of the collard greens; I would have loved to try those. I opted for the mac n cheese and sweet potatoes instead. It was packaged securely with a napkin + utensils and I was on my way for some delicious smelling soul food!The tri tip was a very generous portion, and tender. It had a mild smoked flavor and the dry rub on it was very distinct. The BBQ sauce was thick, sweet and tangy. I enjoyed the sides. The mac n cheese had a perfect sauce consistency for me with well balanced cheesy rich flavor. The sweet potatoes were cooked just right, with a tender custard-like center and lightly toasty edges. I liked the cornbread too, which was light, soft and faintly sweet. The chef was very kind and such a nice guy. Service was over the top. The price for the plate was $12, not bad at all for how much food I got!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! First time I ever hired a catering company for my husband's Surprise 70th birthday party. I was so impressed with our experience. April, the owner was very easy to work with, especially for a first timer like me who had never done this before. The food was delicious, (taco-enchilada bar), our server Jen was fabulous & I could not have been happier. Several of my guests wanted to know the company's name, because they too were amazed at how fantastic everything was. Thank you SO MUCH Artistic Touch. You helped make the evening an event my husband & I will always remember.

After emailing and leaving unreturned voicemails for two caterers that I won't mention, I found Artistic Touch Catering. Immediately, I knew that I was in great hands because of our interaction. Chef Michael dove right in and was present every step of the way! Being a foodie, the food is a major part of my day and I didn't want the typical Hors d'oeuvre. Chef Michael called me and I explained my vision to him and he just got it. When I mentioned that I wanted out guests to have a foodgasm when they tasted it. After emailing and finalizing a menu, my fiance and I scheduled a tasting, which was no additional charge. When we arrived, Chef Michael greeted us personally. Although it was our first time meeting, you would have never guessed it! He has such a sparkling personality and has a level of professionalism that I haven't seen in a long time. From that very first moment, I knew that I could let go and trust that Chef Michael saw vision and after that first bite, I realized that not only did he meet it, he exceed it! His food is PHENOMENAL, the service EXQUISITE! The table setting was beautiful, which he had set up in the kitchen. Many caterers will sit you outside of their kitchen area and you're unable to actually see the food prepared and plated. They did everything in front of us and seeing him work with his staff and the level of respect that have for each other is admirable! Chef Michael has the experience and the passion and it's evident in everything that he does! Chef Michael, Nicole and the rest of the staff at Artistic has not only set the bar high, but also given me peace of mind! Thank you, Chef Michael, Nicole and the rest of your amazing staff! I can't wait to see you on my BIG DAY!

Ordered today for the first time - but NOT the last! Got one of today's specials and one of yesterday's, too. I am not kidding - delivery was within 15 minutes at 11 on a Friday! Yes, they are within a few miles but still. Awesome! Price was perfect - no delivery charge so he got a great tip. Both salads are a good size - lots of extras. If I could say one thing I personally may have wanted a bit more dressing but I use more than the average person. I admit - I don't like salad but I do like losing weight and feeling good so I am not doing burgers since I am down over 30 pounds in 45 days. Back to the food. Lots of turkey, tomatoes and cucumbers, and all very fresh. So glad I found them! Will let you know how the next one goes.

We had a Marriage Weekend at our church. Chef Michael and team delivered great service, had a classy presentation and offered up delicious taste. Friday night social - it was a light fare. The meatballs and chicken skewers were on point complimented by a veggie medley, cheese and cracker tray. Saturday morning began with chicken and waffles which were very flavorful. Saturday lunch was a fajita bar with all the fiixings along wih beans and rice and a large salad to accomodate those who were fasting for Lent. April and Chris who were staff who assisted with the event were friendly, hard working and willing to go the extra mile to make the event a success! They gave it an "Artistic Touch". This was the third event he catered for me. Now he has become my "go to" caterer after my first encounter when I called him 3 hours before an event for my business and he delivered with class and taste!

Great Chef Micheal, This man is so creative! HIS PRESENTATION WAS Filled with fun facts, & great details, Chef Micheals Passion for his business is ecstatic , from beginning to end. He was very on top of things, provided many types of toppers with fine wines that just wowed my fiance & I. They made sure we just sat back and enjoyed our honeymoon as he & his team executed their delivery.. highly recommended for private to large parties.. Thx Chef for your artistic touch was much; appreciated.

My wife and I were very impressed with Artistic Touch catering. Chef Michael and Michelle were amazing. We used them for our sons wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing. All of guests really enjoyed the taco bar they set up and I would definitely recommend them.
