pretty surprised by so many bad reviews. This spot is my favorite. It has great deals, an amazing rewards program, legitimate brands and ordering online is easy. The majority of staff is super friendly and helpful. Just today they had 30% off for customer appreciation and the guy who checked me in let me know. I appreciate u guys!

The worst customer service, I went in with my fiancé and they said he could not go in with the identification he had, I told them that at other dispensaries they let him in and the idiot lady and dumb ass guy said no he can't. They didn't even bother to look him up in the system to see if he had been to any Harvest. Yeah don't go here unless you want to get mad and get your blood pressure high with people that can't do a simple thing. Just went to a different dispensary and they took my fiancé's ID, these people are racist for not accepting my fiancés Mexican Id and I will be calling corporate to have this matter handled and if I have to get a lawyer I will.

The deals are bunk quality is missing for the price you pay dispensary crooks no longer for medical needs

I absolutely love this dispensary. They BY FAR have the best rewards program! It's worth driving out of my way to go here. On top of the fact that their daily and weekly deals DOMINATE the competition's! This particular visit I dealt with Hunter as my budtender. Harvest, you've got an employee you should definitely take care of, with this one! Not only was he knowledgeable and informative, he was FAST AND EFFICIENT! He answered my questions as fast as I could spit them out. He came up with solutions to make sure I maximized my purchase! He knew the ins and outs of all the deals/specials and made sure I got the most out of my POINTS, which WOW!!! If you use points you've accumulated here, it REMOVES THE TAX!!! You CAN NOT TOP THAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! The money I saved, OH MY GOSH! I'm not kidding, I've NEVER been more satisfied at any dispensary as a medical patient who NEEDS this product due to my health issues. Nothing TOUCHES my neuropathy pain like this product. I went from taking 60mg of Percocet down to almost NONE due to this. Being able to get away from a VERY ADDICTIVE PRESCRIBED medication... there are no words to express my gratitude. Back to Hunter, I could easily see this man in management due to his knowledge and efficiency. Considering there is ALWAYS A LINE HERE, he RIPPED THROUGH my questions and order to be able to get onto the next customer. And my order was DIFFICULT and needed a manager involved (which reminds me, Stephan was also fabulous and FAST!) but he grabbed him immediately and got me wrapped up! I will be driving the 9 miles to this location even though I've got Green Farms 1/2 a mile away! Btw, avoid this place at all costs. HORRIBLE customer service , especially considering their competition is Harvest! No comparison! I have high hopes for Hunter in this company because he is absolutely an asset! Thanks A MILLION HARVEST! YOU KILL IT!!!

This place is full of uneducated staff that don't know their state laws, they stated they wouldn't take my unexpired vertical license because they follow liquor laws but Governor Doug Ducey passed the law in 2016 stating you don't need a horizontal license to purchase alcohol / marijuana as long as you're over 21 and im 22. They lost my money because their staff is ignorant and doesn't know the laws in the state they're selling Jars on greenfield has scanned my ID and gave no issue so they get my future sales.Sad a place that claims they're for medical cannabis but they denied someone that recently had neck surgery from getting their meds for a non existent law.

It was better before Trulieve finally changed everything. Now it is harder to order and they changed the daily deals which is the #1 reason I came here. Staff is still great but feels very corporate now.

Jordan and Chase were super helpful. Great products. I will definitely be coming back!
